Short term stays welcome during shoulder and off season. Monthly and long term rentals available October-May, please inquire for rates and details. Please report any damages upon arrival. If damages are not reported, they will be considered self-inflicted. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. Basic check out procedure includes tenant cleaning/returning dishes, removing food from refrigerator, returning pillows and blankets in place and removing trash to deposit in outside receptacle. Owners are not responsible for injury, loss, theft and damage to your belongings, or self while at the rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property.
