A wonderful welcome from Lorenzo . He made our 2 night stay so enjoyable. Spotlessly clean and airy suite, with everything you’d need for a short stay. It is within easy walking distance of the main sights, promenade and lovely shopping streets - but quiet and tucked out of the way. Grazie Mille

Everything was simply perfect! The room is equipped with every comfort, the mattresses are very comfortable, the TV is large, the lighting system is very complete and the designer lamps are really nice, the mini bar is well stocked, the level of cleanliness is very high, and the parking is very convenient. In addition, the host Lorenzo is a nice person and very helpful who gave us valuable tips for exploring this beautiful city that we did not imagine held so many beauties. The quality-price ratio is excellent

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The balcony is a nice touch. To be honest I expected something a little better based on the reviews. The room was a little beat up. The fridge was cool not cold. The keys are cumbersome. The owner is very informative but its very loud when a new guest arrives and he speaks very, very, loud. One hears their neighbors every movement in the bathroom or their loud speaking in their room, hallway, or in the common room (usually Italians not foreigners). This was very bothersome but cannot be helped as you are basically in a large apartment. Perhaps I had a loud neighbor. The breakfast at the cafe down the street was not good in comparison to the vast array of excellent pasticcerie in Reggio where for the same price you get 3x better quality. The coffee itself was decent not good which is hard to do in Italy. The breakfast is not worth 7 Euros for the quality itself. Instead the coffee shop literally across the street, bar poker had better looking pastries. All in all was a little disappointed in the experience because the B&B was so highly rated.

Superb place. Close to centre for restaurants with free parking in street straight outside. Huge room with lobby with tea and coffee, plates, cutlery etc. Good quiet air conditioning. Clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, fruit juice, croissant brought to our room to have on balcony. Bernadetta was so friendly and helpful. Superb value.
