Excellent service and food

Have stayed at this lovely property on numerous occasions in past 8 months. View from the rooms and layout of the property are pristine. Staff is most courteous and go out of the way in making your stay most memorable. Mr Deepak , Ms Barkha (Duty Manager/ front desk lead), Mr Rohit (house keeping), Mr Vishal, Ms Anjali (TPK restaurant), Mr Vishal, Mr Pankaj & Mr Bhavani (chefs) are a few of the shining pillars, who need a special mention. However, the spread for buffet meals needs improvement. Also, items like avocado, orange juice not being available, supposedly due to vendor issues, needs looking into. Also, use of swimming pool in T shirts/ shorts and salwar suits is against the norm and shd be curbed. By far the best resort in Katra, highly recommended.

Really good services and the GM (Ravi arya)is really helpful and gave us a warm welcome really respectful and the food is also amazing really nice experience really clean and warm place the swimming pool is also really clean the overall hospitality is great

I had high expectations for my stay at Katra Marriott Resort & Spa, given the brand’s reputation. While the property itself is well-maintained, with clean rooms, a peaceful ambiance, and a decent range of amenities, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the service standards did not align with what one would expect from a Marriott property. Many staff members lacked basic hospitality training and professionalism. Their attitude and approach felt more like that of a local budget hotel than an international luxury resort. Simple requests were met with indifference or confusion, and there was a noticeable lack of coordination and courtesy. The buffet breakfast, though varied, was poorly managed, with staff appearing overwhelmed and inattentive. It’s disappointing to see such a promising property let down by a team that doesn’t reflect the values or service quality associated with the Marriott name. For the premium price charged, guests deserve a far more refined and professional experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper staff training and supervision. Until then, I would not recommend this resort to travelers expecting international standards of service.

I had a fantastic stay at Katra Marriott hotel and spa! The location was perfect . The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend.

Dining at katra marriot resort and spa was a delightful experience from start to finish. The dishes were beautifully presented, and bursting with flavour. The service was attentive, and the ambience was perfect for a cozy evening. Highly recommend.
