What can i say that is good about this place. The gym, good, doorman, cool. Negatives…….Location, drab, boring, noisy. Building, some 30 year old cheap renovation job, white marked or stained walls, weird smells that don’t go away, cheap furniture and uncomfortable beds and loo seats falling apart, cooking equipment that doesn’t work, online service absolutely useless, rude cleaning staff, stupid door system ‘kelvio’ ? What’s wrong with a key card?? For what they charge this place should be very very good, but it’s very very bad.

Excellent location for my business trip, the apartments offer all comfort in a quiet and relaxing zone. Well served by public transport, markets are very close and no last my favorite pub in Reading! Absolutely recommended, the cost is really worth, rooms are perfectly clean and the fitness room is great. My must for every stay in Reading.

We arrived today to find that although we could open the front main doors of the building the other door was broken and we couldn't get in. Eventually we gained access to the apartment, but then weren't able to leave as the apartment was not lockabout with the broken lock. Someone had also taken the key fob which meant we couldn't access the carpark to get our bags.The extractor fan was running constantly and we could smell cigarettes when we arrived. Not a good start to our holiday.

Good apartment with secure basement parking. Comfortable bed and all things you need. Could maybe do with condiments but other than that pleasant. Decent toiletries and shower. The gym on the lower level is a bonus. Very good. Bit of a walk to town on the main road but not that far.

The apartment was Very clean and tidy and nicely furnished . comfortable bed and good location with plenty of local shops for food and a 15min stroll into Reading town. Good communication from start to finish and really liked the digital key option

I booked via the hopper App. (which I will never use again) The hopper App gave me lots of issues due to them providing the apartment with the wrong information. When I phoned the help desk. They helped me right away and managed to check in right away. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Everything worked and there was a coffee machine with coffee pods for it too.
