체크아웃할 때, 침대와 바닥에 개미가 널려 있으니 아무도 우리 방에 체크인하지 말라고 남자에게 알렸습니다. 그는 그저 "알겠습니다"라고만 했습니다. 사과나 후회, 그 밖의 다른 말은 없었습니다. 우리는 소지품에 개미가 뒤덮이는 것을 원하지 않아서 리셉션에서 마지막 30분을 보냈습니다. 그가 책상에서 움직이거나 방에 대해 누군가에게 전화하는 것을 보지 못했기 때문에 이에 대해 물었습니다. 그는 방을 확인했지만 아무것도 보이지 않았다고 말했습니다. 사진이 있고 개미 두 마리가 소파로 기어올라갔다고 말했을 때, 그는 "뭐라고 기대하셨어요? 여름이잖아요"라고 말했습니다. 우리는 전날 오후 3시 30분경에 도착하여 가방을 방에 두고 바로 관광을 떠났고 저녁 식사 후에야 돌아왔기 때문에 그 방은 잠만 자는 데 사용했습니다. 지금 생각해보면, 방에 이상한 달콤한 냄새가 났고 아마도 살충제 냄새가 났을 텐데, 우리는 꽤 피곤했고 그냥 살균제일 뿐이기를 바라며 바로 잠자리에 들었습니다. 결론은, 치료 후 그렇게 빨리 방을 제공해서는 안 되었다는 것입니다. 방은 배의 객실보다 작고, 작은 샤워실은 그래도 미끄럽습니다. 매트리스는 소파 침대와 함께 제공되는 유형입니다. 그 외에 호텔은 깨끗해 보입니다. 방에는 발코니가 있지만 출입문이나 가구가 없고 전망이 제한적입니다. 역까지는 걸어서 10분 거리입니다. 호텔에서는 대중교통에 대한 모호하고 잘못된 정보를 제공했습니다. 3번 버스는 기차역에서 30분 간격으로 운행되며 요금은 1.5유로이지만 근처에 정차하는 버스가 2대 더 있습니다. 그녀는 크루즈 항구까지 가는 버스를 20유로에 제공했습니다. 90번 버스는 기차역에서 운행되며 항구까지 가는 데 불과 2.50유로입니다. 항구에 도착하면 배까지 걸어서 약 5분 정도 걸립니다. 기차역까지는 가방을 들고 걸어갈 수 있지만 이상적이지 않을 수 있습니다. 기준에 따라 다릅니다. 우리는 버스를 탔습니다.

정직하지 못한 직원. 예약한 지 한 달 후에 진짜 실수를 했습니다. 잘못된 달에 예약했습니다. 하룻밤을 묵었는데도 예약한 줄 알았는데 예약 실수를 환불하지 않았습니다. 게다가 일주일 전에 예약을 취소했는데 환불이 없었습니다. 그래서 예약 사이트를 통해 리뷰를 볼 수 없었습니다. 그래서 숙박비를 두 배로 냈는데 좋지 않았습니다.

The hotel boasts a welcoming ambiance and a convenient location, merely a short walk from the train station. Our party of five checked in effortlessly, occupying three rooms. Unfortunately, our July visit coincided with sweltering temperatures, exacerbated by the absence of air conditioning in our room and insufficient cooling in the other rooms. The front desk attributed this to occasional system inefficiencies. The accommodations were remarkably small, with our shower stall measuring roughly 30 inches, limiting mobility. We initially received only two towels for three guests. My husband went to the front desk for more and was provided with two small rugs instead of additional towels. The breakfast exceeded expectations, though marred by a single coffee/espresso machine, leading to lengthy wait times.

Three Star but deserves more! From the moment of arrival to the final departure, all the staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient, the rooms and public spaces were clean and well cared for. In my experience all hotels have something that needs to be cleaned or painted or repaired but not with Hotel Astoria. Everything was perfect from the beginning. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee wonderful. The location is a 10 minute walk from the old town centre but the walk is well worth the effort. I can find no fault at all with this hotel and if I were to give stars I would award Hotel Astoria a 3.99 Star Rating. (Without Spa and Pool it cannot gain 4 but all so close!)

We stayed here for a one night stop over before boarding a cruise. The hotel rooms very tiny and very crammed. The bathroom could also have been cleaner. It was hard to communicate with hotel staff as we only speak English. They also would not call us a taxi and due to our phone service being down we had to walk to the terminal with our baggage and 2 young children. Staff could definitely have been more accommodating and friendly. Overall, we would not stay here again, especially for the price!

The hotel is clean, everythiong works, the receptionists are charming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. There is only one drawback: we were given a room on the main street, which is very nosiy with traffic. The only option is to keep the windows shut all night, and even that doesn't ehlp much. A pity: in every other respect it is a good place with nice people.
