I recently stayed at Chitwan Riverside Resort for a business retreat, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The resort’s location is both scenic and serene, providing the perfect backdrop for a productive and relaxing stay. The accommodations were top-notch. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and featured all the modern amenities one could ask for, including high-speed internet which was essential for my work. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a busy day. The resort’s conference facilities were exceptional. The meeting rooms were equipped with state-of-the-art technology and were arranged to suit our specific needs. The staff was extremely helpful and ensured that everything ran smoothly, from setting up presentations to providing refreshments. During our downtime, the resort offered a variety of leisure activities. The fitness center was well-maintained, and the spa provided a much-needed escape with its range of treatments. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The sunset Restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious cuisine and excellent service. Overall, Chitwan Riverside Resort provided an ideal environment for a business retreat. The combination of excellent facilities, attentive staff, and beautiful surroundings made our stay productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for business or leisure travel and look forward to returning in the future.

Very helpful manager. Loved his calm demeanor as nothing was a problem and all concerns were dealt with efficiently. The swimming pool is amazing and clean and well maintained. Gardens are well kept. Perhaps more variety to the included breakfast would be good. They accommodated me and made me delicious cheese and onion pancakes. Great price and excellent location on the river.

Great place to stay, the AC works really well and the rooms are very comfy. It is quiet and there is a lot of wildlife (we saw a rhino twice across the river swimming, he stayed for a long time). The staff is great and Krishna was an excellent guide. The pool can be chilly and food is at Nepali standards. 5/5 easy.

Such a great place to stay. Rooms are good & spacious, terrific views across the river and the gardens are a delight. The staff here are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The food is fabulous, probably the best we've had on our travels so far. The hotel is currently undergoing some changes, including a new swimming pool so when this is complete, this will be the best hotel on the Riverside.
