더 코브 로타나 리조트 - 라스 알 카이마 후기

스테이케이션하기에 정말 좋은 곳이에요. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 게 훌륭했습니다. 숙박, 수영장, 해변, 일출, 일몰, 다양한 액티비티, 레스토랑, 그리고 밤에 즐기는 라이브 음악까지 모두 만족스러웠어요. 살라와 크리스티나에게 정말 감사드립니다 :)

이곳은 정말 훌륭해요. 노인 두 분과 아이 한 명이 함께 있어서 체크인하는 데 시간이 좀 걸리긴 했지만, 체크아웃은 매니저분께서 도와주셔서 수월했어요. 객실도 아름답고, 버기카 서비스도 정말 좋았습니다.

지금까지 묵었던 호텔 중 최악이었습니다. 하룻밤만 묵을 수 있었습니다. 서비스는 최악이었습니다. 매 순간 후회했습니다.

정말 좋았어요. 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 정중했어요. 특히 프런트 직원분들이 정말 친절했어요. 편의시설도 최고였고요. 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요. 객실도 스타일리시하고 디자인이 멋졌어요. 해변, 수영장 등 모든 게 완벽했어요. 10점 만점에 10점이에요. 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 방에 있는 에어컨 소음이 너무 심했다는 거예요. 마치 트랙터 소리 같았어요. 잠을 자려고 귀마개를 껴야 했어요. 다음에는 객실 예약할 때 꼭 이 부분을 말씀드려야겠어요.

The place was amazing, staff was amazing, from when we arrived we were amazed, we were very welcomed and also upgraded, whenever we called a buggy to go anywhere would arrive pretty quickly, the beach was so pretty and the room would also get cleaned every single day however, not alot of places you can go outside of the resort, not alot of food places or stores, mainly because of the road works around the area which I domt blame the hotel for at all.

Amazing to travel and stay with family and friends, and if you are looking to enjoy lots of activities don't hesitate to book.

Trust me, one day isn’t enough for a stay at the Cove. The resort is huge, many cafes and restaurants. Go for all inclusive for sure. Place to comeback 100%. Swimming pool was deep - 2+ meters, not often you can find anything like that in other resorts. Cafes are great, see side is massive, clean and beautiful.

It was a great experience. The only thing is, if you are planning to go, make sure to plan for at least 2 days, as 1 day is not enough.

I am a returning customer, so I know what is Rotana cove, and happily it was even a better experience , no disappointments as the venue is still maintaining the same level of experience The overall experiencefrom food, to service was amazing.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Cove Rotana Resort and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The resort is beautiful, with great facilities, and the hospitality throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Christina at Reception, Tracey from Housekeeping, and Enas from the Kids Club. They were all very attentive and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time as a family and would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!

We spent a night here and it was a lovely short escape from Dubai. The setting around the lagoon is beautiful and the beach and pools are very relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. Breakfast had a good variety. Would happily come back for a longer stay.

This was a disappointing stay and nowhere near the 5-star experience advertised — at best, it’s a 3-star operation. A major issue was that several facilities were closed during our stay, including restaurants, pools, and bars. These were key selling points when booking, and while they may have been mentioned somewhere beforehand, the reality is that the experience on arrival felt significantly reduced and misleading. The buffet food was another weak point. The selection was very limited, and the quality was poor. Cleanliness standards were also lacking — there was food on the floor, and dishes appeared to be left out for extended periods, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming this level of service. In the rooms, the air conditioning was inadequate. Even after raising this, we were told it could not be adjusted further. This felt less like a technical limitation and more like a cost-saving measure at the expense of guest comfort. Staffing and management were clearly stretched. There were not enough staff available, and management was noticeably absent. Concerns were left to junior staff and supervisors who were not empowered to resolve issues effectively, leading to frustration and delays. To cut costs, guests were packed into a small dining space, which made the experience feel crowded and uncomfortable rather than relaxed and premium. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. The hotel appears to be prioritising cost-cutting over guest experience, and it shows across multiple areas.
