Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is super close, in fact, it's nearly in the back yard. Garage available. Enjoy convenient self check-in and check-out. Please note there is no central air conditioning, however, from our personal experience of living in the home the window A/C and ceiling fans provided a very comfortable and cool environment during the summer months. Opening the windows in the cool summer evenings also provided a nice breeze throughout the home.
