Rosabianca Boutique Hotel

I booked this booking only one room but it showed at the hotel that I booked 2 rooms and they charged me 2 rooms. Please clarify and refund me one room charge!!!!

I want to highlight the good treatment of the receptionists, specially Kate, who made sure that we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are okay, well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The only problem are the windows which don’t have acoustic insulation so you will hear all the noise from the bar, specially if the owners are there. The dinner at the restaurant is pretty good but the breakfast is not up to the standards of the hotel, in fact there were flies flying around the food and neither the waiters, we had to ask several times for just one coffee. Besides we wanted to have a coffee and water in the afternoon at the bar and we couldn’t as all the waiters were preparing another event for the owners.

DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL! It ruined my trip, me and my family couldnt sleep for 4 nights because they play EXTREMELY loud music for non guests at the restaurant until morning. Max 2 stars hotel, too expensive for what it offers. Beach in front of the hotel not approved by authorities due to poor water quality. Terrible cleaning and shower. AC old and noisy. Elevator cannot be used. I wrote a complaint and didnt even get an answer. STAY AWAY! They dont care at all about their guests, worst money I ever spent on a hotel (I never write reviews, but I had to warn other guests!)

This hotel is in a fantastic location, the owners have obviously spent a bit taking it up to a high standard. The reception staff we met Natalia, Walter and Katherine were all warm, fun and very helpful. The owner put in an amazing 18 hour plus days wondering about the place. He didn't seem to do very much but obviously passionate about the business. Lucky for him he had Carola running about the restaurant in the morning saving him by doing the work of 5 people. One of her colleagues described her as "Una brava persona" and I totally agree. If you are not into DJ's blasting tunes at full volume while you try and have an evening meal or plan on sleeping before 1am this is not the venue for you. We didn't dine here for that reason and luckily were not early bed'ers. Life music was great and overall a pleasurable stay in the beautiful Rapallo.

I was travelling with a friend by car and we stopped to grab a drink around midnight. At the hotel they were having a small party and there were some people dancing on vintage italian music which personally I find adorable and the owner greeted us very friendly and politely. I’d like to visit the hotel in the future and maybe spend some days there. The location and the view are amazing⭐️

Hotel ricco di confort e gentilezza. Alla reception sempre ragazzi giovani, solari e disponibili. Francesco mi ricordava Tiziano Ferro😂! Belle le camere spaziose e dotate di ogni confort con frigo bar a disposizione e gratuito. Letto top con materasso, topper e cuscino di alto livello. Colazione stellare… tutto quelle che ho mangiato era squisito. Il ristornate una coccola aggiuntiva ho mangiato un risotto delicato con una cottura perfetta! Consigliatissimo
