트랜스 그린필즈 리조트 앤드 컨벤션 센터(Trance Greenfields Resort and Convention Centre)

We searched for a pet friendly resort and that’s how we landed in Trance Greenfields Resort. It’s a very well maintained and clean place with really good greenery all around. Food in the restaurant is good and staff very courteous. Recreational activities available are also very good. The reception persons are very friendly and helpful especially Rupa. Lalitha from Sales was very helpful in making our booking. We could find the standard of a very professionally run resort here in all the departments like in Taj hotels.

Nice ambience, Excellent hospitality by miss Rupa & team we here to celebrate birthday in a family. Me and my family enjoy the play area.overall it's an experience to cherish over time can definitely say sheratan made our day...thank again for this very lovely experience

Very nice resort, we have injoy lote with family stay , the resort is very well maintained ,sarvice, Activities and test of food was good, Thank you so much for make our stay memorable , front deak Ms. Rupa very supportive to us, will be visit again with our friends also.

Worst Experience with front desk Inspite of informing about senior citizen they have room so far Room - had a snag in the sofa. Wedding in the resort was not informed prior . They played music whole night and morning . Disturbing sleep . Breakfast buffet not for us . Only for wedding people . We were served in plates at other area . You could have said we were sold out instead of calling us to your resort and insulting us .

Perfect place for day outing to keep yourself engaged with multiple activities. We went there for official day outing. Dedicated POC, good food, very nice ambience made our trip more joyful. Beautiful views and sceneraries made ur photos photogenic.

Good experience in Trance green field resort.Ambience and food and staff ,out door and indoor games are really nice .We enjoyed a lot with family and friends.It is very much suggested place to visit....,............ ........... ............................

The ambience and food is very good. Snacks are OK. we had sandwich around 3pm and it seems to be prepared in the morning. The table tennis racquets are in poor condition and there are very poor quality table tennis balls as well. Infact its in worst condition .They should change the raquets and table tennis balls as well. Cricket ground should be covered with Mesh on top also .Most of the times ball is going out. Foosball is good but dust is popping up when played .It can be covered with some grass(not sure its applicable). Songs played near swimming pool are pretty old. I was wondering the pendrive has been working for last 6+ years

The WiFi could be improved. It was very inconvenient connecting the WiFi to the laptop. Had to use mobile data at the end. Also, the bed was wobbly and I had a feeling of falling off and couldn't sleep well. Please look into it to improve the stay

The resort, food and service everything was super impressive. Rupa has been wonderful in coordinating our stay to helping us with our needs, arranging a complimentary cake for our anniversary etc etc. Entire staff were very friendly and welcoming
