Amoris Guesthouse - in Randburg

What you see is not what you get, false advertising at randburg and a total rip off, i mean the front desk lady is just rude and not helpful, you pay a deposit for presidential rooms and get a double room and she will make you pay for it in full for room that is already occupied by others then give you what you didnt ask for, there are no aircons, when you bath, the water goes everywhere till to the bed and worse no room service, the sheets are dirty, the stuff are dodgy, they steal people's belongings and money, they let their dogs in your room not knowing if that is to scare you then the men working there will make sexual comments not caring if you came with your partner,please people dont go to this place, its all a lie

It was so good, just they need to put air-conditioning it was cold. Eix the Ants where too much in the room I was in even our food ended up with and bed ,the drink u where suppose to hold it .They need to put facilities for kids outside because there is too much space so that it can be a place for kids as well.Toilet there was no brush toilet in the room I was in they need to also add that.Otherwise it is a peaceful place to be with. It is a good place nice loveable view.

I have never felt so disregarded and disrespected in my life, I booked a room in this guest house via **********. They offer two different rooms, a standard Double Room and a presidential/business room. I had booked the latter and made a payment online. We drove all the way to Randburg only to find that they had given our room away and we were taken to sub-standard small room that looked like a prison cell, when we requested to speak to the manager, a lady named Betty refused to talk to us on the phone, one employee was left having to deal with an issue he knew nothing about, I really felt bad for the guy as he was stuck in a situation he did not create. All rooms were fully booked and we refused to sleep in a room we did not book. After a long time, the poor employee arranged for us to be given a decent room in one of their branches in Pretoria. So after driving all the way from Potscheftroom to Randburg, we had to drive for another +40 minutes to Pretoria, it was only then that we were given the room, the service and the treatment that we deserved. Amoris in Randburg should really look into this issue.
