Stayed in this hotel while attending a company conference for five nights during September and had a very enjoyable stay. The location is bit remote, the nearest town Saalfelden is few kilometres away, but whoever comes to this hotel with all probability is looking for peace and tranquillity and the remoteness is a plus for them. If we wanted to go to the nearby town the hotel was happy to organise taxis within a short time so the location was not a big issue for me. My room was large with a separate seating area and a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Luggage space was ample and the bathroom fairly large and modern. The room also had flat screen TV, free wifi connection, bathrobe and a safe but like most European hotel did not have tea/coffee facilities or bedroom slippers. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was very clean and functional. All the staff I came in contact with was polite and helpful. We had all our breakfast and a few lunch and dinner at the hotel and I have to say that I was very impressed with the food quality and service. All the food I tested were of very good quality and testy. Although with all probability I will not go back to this hotel during my holidays in the future as I could not find anything very interesting nearby but I will be quite happy to attend a conference again in this place.

Had a terrible disappointed experience. The reception was extremely arrogant and talked down on us. Charging these prices and having that kind of service just goes against every fiber of my body. Please train your staff to maybe value the customer rather than treating us like nothing. Never gave a 1-Star review in the past but guess there is a first for everything.
