Everything was good including accommodation and food, but it was not right to pay the bill after ordering it; even after checkout, a single bill could be taken.

It is a old hotel, drainage and room have foul smell. Rooms are dusty. Overall if you looking for 4 star or 5 star experience, this hotel would be a wrong choice.

Fare highly inflated. Services much below the standard. Chair broken. Bath fittings finishing not property maintained.

Despite my collegues advise for not to choose the hotel, I had ignored their advises and gone through terrible experience in the hotel duing my stay for 2 days on 12th and 13th february 2024. The customer service at service desk is very least to talk about due o lack of focus on the customer needs. The very first day stay, i have requested to change the room but to no avail. Similar experience faced by other collegue who stayed during same period on my suggestion. Room experience is terrible for 2 days, without hot water, use of filthy bed sheeds, pillows and linen, foul smell in the room, usage of age old towels and napkins lack of complete toileteries are the few to mention. No soap holder, body washer in the toilet for 2 days. Over and above, there was dirty water in the commode due to cleaning of the tanks during night which has never been informed to the guest. However, the tariff at the hotel is far higher for its capacity and maintenance, and looks as if the hotel maintenance as a small time lodge. Overall, i do not recommend the hotel to those who needs hygiene environment at the first level.

Nice stay miss Kavita is very much cooperative.she is very much helpful and during our stay staff very much truly cares about guest and food is awesome .i m very much fluent to travel . Wonderful stay, lovely staff, food are amazing, nice ambiance

We were given a room, where the floor of rooms were full of cracks. Room was smelling like damp. On request, we were given a better than this room. Being a star hotel, no carpets. Food bill payment were collected in the room itself. We were going to a marriage ceremony. Later we shifted to other property, the same evening.

The post-stay services in this property are down right terrible. If you leave anything in this hotel by accident and go back to fetch it... It will take you hours and hours to retrieve it. It's like they don't have a lost and found department or something. Absolutely Terrible services.

Rooms are spacious but needs a little upkeep ment, food and services are good.
