Tropicana Resort & Spa Alibaug

Properties are very good. Neat, clean and luxurious stay. But, Food quality is below average. I must say, Dhaba cook delicious food but here below average food quality. They should appoint specialized cook who can give best tatse to clinary. 2nd thing, They don't educate bar tender how to pour liquor. They should first pour 30 peg but one of bar tender pour 90 peg at first and don't ask as guest is new may forget.

Memorable and joyful stay. Very cooperative staff. Excellent ambience and tasty food. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Special thanks to James for being helpful and approachable. Reunion of Drs on 50 th year of admission to GMC and JJ hospital.

Very badly maintained Resort, no hot water in the bathrooms. Bathrooms choked up. Food very bad.and highly priced. The staff n management would not even respond to our issues and complaints. Too many mosquitoes. TV not working . We took three rooms n all three had issues. The coffee mugs were cracked. Think before you book pls .

WILL NEVER REFER TO ANYONE We booked for 28-30 December 2 rooms. 1. It’s very old property and needs a serious redo. 2. KIDS : If you have kids there are no games for kids except if you want to pay for every round of games. Even outdoor game is not accessible except one broken chess board. 3. ELDERLY :if u have elders or have trouble with stairs their restaurant is on 2nd floor without lift/elevator so be careful about this. 4. FOOD: is below average with limited options. 5. HYGIENE: is not maintained properly and you will find dirt everywhere. The property is of @clubmahindra but I think club Mahindra is aware of this problems and try to avoid their branding in property at most of the places. It’s a big let down for us. If you are planning Alibaug you will definitely get better option against the price Tropicana Charges.

A very dirty and rundown place. Also the service is bad. We are 9 of us in a 4 bedroom villa. And there's not even a bottle of water here. The restaurant was sweltering hot with the ac s in a very bad shape. No one is picking up phone at reception. They r denying us water also. No filter in the kitchen. 40,000 ₹ and there's only dirt. Bad service. It's horrible. We r actually cutting trip short snd leaving

Depressing property, lack of services and staff, name sake club House, no proper room cleaning service was provided. Food is over priced as per the condition of the property and restaurant. Taste of the food is good but buffet is worthless.
