Beautiful single-family house "Villa Radovani", 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2019. In the hamlet Radovani 5 km from the centre of Višnjan, 15 km from the centre of Poreč, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 15 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 17 km. We spent our summer holiday this year in August 2023 in this holiday home in Radovani. We booked the house for our family (2 adults, 2 children (5 y. and 1 y.)) and a family of friends (2 adults, 2 children (7 y. and 5 y.). The house, better the villa, is

Very good location, about minutes from Poreč. A tip for those who do not want to lie by the sea every day, a good starting point for cycling and motorbike tours through Istria. In this villa, time slows you down and you can relax very well.
