Lovely area. Not enough amenities or activities geared towards children so we will not be visiting again as there are other locations nearby that cater to families with children. Facilities were clean, staff was pleasant. We were lucky enough to secure a full hookup site, but there are few. It is more likely you will be without sewer and only in 30Amp service. Pool was closed and has not been open for some time. No playground available. Plenty of space to walk and enjoy nature.

So quiet and serene here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful! The kids have room to run and explore.

Would stay forever if that was an option. Exceeding our expectations and was private and quiet! Will book again hoping to make it an annual tradition

Rustic beauty. If you stay in a cabin prepare to be transported back a few decades. Make sure you bring a ton of bug spray since it’s on the water the mosquitos are awful. The parts of the campground we saw were kept up and the customer service was great.

Virginia Landing CG is def off the beaten path. The staff are very helpful and friendly, assisted us with getting settled in. they are somewhat outdated but the price per nite def reflects that. especially when other CG along that end of rt 13 are charging much more. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. we would of liked to stay longer. If you like quiet and laid back this place has a ton of it. will visit again.

This could be a great camp if the pool, the lodge, the pier was repaired/replaced. There is evidence of abandoned camp sites everywhere - old power boxes with red X's on them, no roads to campsites (concrete pads are everywhere where old sites used to be. Just a handful of sites on grass that gets muddy when it rains. Sad
