휴가에 적합

Good location, extensive well-maintained facilities, cleanly, service and food. The buffets are excellent and good value. The only negative would be that it's a bit corporate and things get dropped along the way, but I guess that expected since it's part of a large organization.

第二次住這家酒店，酒店像古老的莊園，佔地面積大，花園漂亮，藝術感很濃，大廳和走道有各種藝術和油畫，有歲月感，房間很大，設施設備齊全，衹是設施有些陳舊，台盆下水不是很暢通，早餐豐富，品種多，游泳池很大，水温適合，早晨起來空氣清新，不錯的體驗。

La hacienda es muy bonita y muy grande, y aunque tienen mucho personal, evidentemente no hay la supervisión necesaria. En la habitación que me tocó, cerré la puerta del baño y ya no se pudo abrir, supuse que tal vez tenía el seguro puesto por dentro y al cerrar, este se activó; llamé a recepción para que enviaran a alguien a abrirla y efectivamente llegó una persona de mantenimiento a abrirla, pero se dió cuenta de que la chapa no servía, me preguntó si podía ir por una nueva para cambiarla, dijo que no tardaría, y volvió con una chapa que no correspondía en tamaño, finalmente ya se pudo abrir la puerta del baño. Más tarde volvió y me indicó que ya tenía la chapa correcta, pero le pedí que volviera a otro día. Para completar, muchos mosquitos en la habitación, la verdad es que estaba ya muy cansada para solicitar el cambio de habitación, pero lo ameritaba

Seré muy franco y objetivo, la estancia es buena, el servicio del personal es excelente, las instalaciones buenas, pero la cama es pésima, pésima en mayúsculas, al grado de hundirse sin ninguna comodidad en ella, y eso no permite descansar que en general es el objetivo primario.

호텔의 품격이 많이 떨어졌습니다. 회의실에 긴급 업데이트가 필요합니다. 그러나 나의 주요 관심사는 프론트 데스크 서비스였습니다. 나는 불공평하고 존중받지 못한 대우를 받았습니다. 체크인은 훌륭했고 나를 도와주는 여성은 매우 정중했지만 체크아웃은 끔찍했습니다. 남성 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 무례했고 다른 손님에게서도 같은 의견을 들었습니다. 그는 더 많은 훈련이 필요합니다.

나는 친구들과 함께 이 호텔에 가기로 결정했는데 장소가 매우 좋아 보였습니다. 나는 더 이상 틀릴 수 없었다. 우리는 서로 가까워질 수 있도록 두 개의 방을 나란히 빌렸지만 결국 완전히 다른 두 지역에 있게 되었습니다. 욕실에 물이 새는 바람에 첫 번째 방에서 쫓겨나야 했고, 이로 인해 엄청나게 역겨운 곰팡이가 생겼습니다. 두 번째 방의 문은 작동하지 않아 누구나 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 세 번째 방에서는 에어컨이 작동하지 않았습니다. 내 친구 방에서는 선풍기가 작동하지 않았고 욕실이 꽤 더러웠습니다. 이틀 만에 방 세 개를 쓴 후 저는 그냥 포기하고 떠났습니다. 친구들과 즐거울 예정이었던 주말은 결국 악몽으로 변했습니다. 직원은 사과하지만 도움이 되지 않습니다. 내 체크아웃을 해준 베르나르도는 비판을 잘 받아들이지 않았고 내가 그에게 내 경험을 말했을 때 매우 무례할 뻔했습니다. 확실히 다시 갈 호텔은 아닙니다.

The property itself is beautiful and well mainained. Service needs improvement. I was not asked to leave a credit card for incidentals. No service for luggage. Only 1 key per room. You have to find the way to your room. Waiter at the restaurant seemed overwhelmed, it took a long time to get cream for coffee. The business center has a printer that does not print because it needs a pin # and nobody knows the pin #. The staff needs to communicate better with the guests. Front desk staff seems aloof.

It’s been a great experience this is a classic well taken care hotel hood food bar and accesible prices !! I’ll stay here next time

Very nice hotel hacienda-like. Rooms are clean and good and great price.

Lovely hotel, excellent service. Great pool…We‘ll come back!
