호텔 부티크 MO17(Hotel Boutique MO17)

I came to Querétaro to run the marathon this weekend. The hotel hosted a birthday party that began around 6pm with very loud music. The noice was unbearable from the beginning, but I thought the party would end early so I didn’t complain, at first. The party continued until 3 in the morning, even after some neighbors called to complain. The music was too loud. I wasn’t able to sleep for a minute until they stopped, and I wasn’t able to run the marathon the next day. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this hotel.

Central location, high walkable score. Off a quiet street and set back this is a lovely hotel. The enclosed and private back courtyard is inviting and the staff warm and friendly. Don’t miss breakfast- delicious.

The place is nice to look at but it leaves a bit to be desired as a place to stay. One of the most annoying things is that there is pretty crappy music playing almost all of the time, from mid morning until 10 or 11 pm. Why? I have no idea but I don’t come to a hotel to listen to someone’s very average playlist. Peace and quiet is MUCH BETTER. Other than that, this hotel is acceptable although like others have said better water pressure and temperature and a bit better cleaning would be welcome. The staff are friendly and quite helpful usually. Tip: Skip the (very basic) hotel breakfast and head up the road to La Ducle Compañía which has GREAT breakfast options as good coffee.

This is a truly boutique hotel. Small, with attention to details. It is not luxurious but it is really nice. The price/quality ratio is appropriate, the bed is super comfy, and it is a very good option to immerse in Dowtown Queretaro. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars and yet, I didn’t notice street noice at all while at the property. One thing they can do better is to boost the Wifi Signal in the rooms.

I liked the property, but did not receive any VIP upgrades

BASTANTE DECEPCIONANTE

La habitación estaba sucia, de hecho había una cucaracha muerta. Nunca hubo ningún tipo de compensación por parte del Hotel. Además no obstante que nos mencionaron que el desayuno estaba incluido, al final nos lo cobraron por separado. También el estacionamiento te lo cobran a parte. No nos dejaron dormir poque toda la noche se oía gente platicando.

El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de Querétaro. La llegada es levemente complicada ya que no cuenta con bahía para descenso de personas y equipaje. El estacionamiento se encuentra a unas pocas calles de distancia El personal brinda una atención excepcional. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y dar el 100. Sin embargo hubo dos situaciones que le restan puntos a la experiencia total; una fue que el WC del cuarto asignado no funcionaba y tuvimos que hacer cambio de habitación en la madrugada para compensar el desperfecto. El segundo problema fue que la chapa del segundo cuarto asignado no funcionaba y se tuvo que dejar abierto El personal siempre se mostró preocupado por corregir los problemas e incluso nos regalaron cortesías de vino, queso y carnes frías En general hotel cómodo pero que puede y debe mejorar
