Private Room on a Terrace with Garden.

One 22m2 room on the top of a home, with a private wc and a terrace. Nearby two supermarkets and at a 25 to 30 min walking distance of the boats to the islands and the fish & vegetables market. The town mall with shops is at a 10 min walking distance. There are 2 dogs and 3 cats living in the house. The room is independent of the house but guests must cross a corridor in the below appartment after what they must climb the stairs to the terrace where the room is located. It has a small bath with shower and Wc and kitchenette with a fridge and an electric stove. There is a small table inside, a double bed and 1 single bed, and in patio outside there is a table and chairs for 3, and the garden. There is a similar room and patio next door and both have access to the roof. The rooms are accessed through a corridor on the main floor of the house and a key is provided to guests for 24 hour access. Nearby amenities include two supermarkets 150 metres away, a mall 10minutes by foot with restaurants, shops, cinema and a pharmacy, and the the waterfront is 25 minutes by foot down the tree-lined Avenida da Republica. The bus and train station are a 15 minute walk away and there is a nearby bus stop and free parking out front. Free wi-fi, washing machine use for a 4 euros fee for guests staying less than 1 week or for the ones staying longer that will use it more than once per week. We will be in the apartment below which guests must cross to access the terrace where the rooms are locate therefore it will be easy to meet one of the members of the hosting family. A working class neighborhood, busy during the day but rather quiet during the nigth. There are singing roosters very early in the morning and 4 stray dogs outside the house. The bus and the train station are at 15 min walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby the house. There is a birdwatching park not very far and 3 sand islands in front of the town served by boats. There are buses from the airport to Faro and than from Faro to Olhão - a 11 min
