Pros: Property was clean and well-maintained. Parking was close to the property Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly.

This was amazing and very clean, all-around wonderful property and stay. Thank you!

Enjoyed my stay at the lofts in a two bedroom unit. Love the rustic minimalist decor. If you wanted to stay in and cook they had everything available. Lots of space to lounge. Walking distance to restaurants and all the action of Old Quebec. Value was great and plan to stay either at Loft St Vallier or any of the other Lofts scattered around Old Quebec.

I didn't get to stay in this hotel. I'm sure it is lovely but I am very upset with their cancellation policy. I was meeting a friend who lives in the UK. She let me know after the 7 day period to cancel that she had badly hurt her back and could not travel. I considered going myself but I decided to stay home. I cancelled with them and they said I could not get any refund even though they likely could book it out again (they had 5 days notice). So I had to lose $555. However the worse thing is and beware. They claimed that they didn't get my cancellation and charged me an additional $300 because they didn't get the cancellation. How is that even legal! I paid for the room, they have no additional work for the room they have payment for, but because they didn't see the cancellation they can charge more? Even if I have a chance to travel there again, I would not ever use this group of hotels. I have been promised my $300 back, but I am disgusted that they are so rigid, that I wasted 30 minutes trying to get them to fix the additional $300 and that they can charge you more again! They have very strict rules about who can stay once you've booked, so I couldn't even ask anyone else if they wanted a three day vacation there.

We stayed in V301, the third-floor loft. The apar**ent was clean and equipped with all the basics (utensils, coffee maker, etc.), and looked exactly like the pictures. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, although would note that we brought our own collapsible chairs to use there. We also loved the light that all the windows let in - it really felt like a great space! The apar**ent is a relatively short walk from all of the sights in Old Québec, and was within 5 - 10 minutes from groceries (we would recommend Les Marchés Tradition on rue Saint-Joseph — larger than the Intermarché in rue Saint-Jean). We did not use the washer & dryer, as we were only there for a few days, but having them there is a nice amenity, We very much enjoyed using this apar**ent as our base for exploring Québec City, and will cheerfully stay here again in the future,

We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2021, a family of 3. The first thing you notice is the location - close to a bar, close enough so that patrons from the night before had spent some time hanging out by the front door. The next thing you notice is the pile of cigarette butts on one side of the steps, and a pile of dried vomit on the other. Its hard to manage this - I get it, but its hard to ignore as a guest as well. The area around the lofts is undergoing a LOT of construction right now. We were woken at 6.55am by the sound of workers reversing their trucks and starting the road rebuild. That continued each day. The St Roch area is undergoing major rebuild so even trying to walk to a local street with restaurants was fraught with difficulty. Avoiding the homeless folks, passing the overflowing dumpster and then getting stuck behing an enormous demolition device smashing the road to pieces - not my idea of a luxury retreat. But otherwise the interior of the lofts was great - all amenities well thought out - except an extractor fan in the bathroom for some reason - and light bulbs above the bathroom mirror that burn at 400 Celsius. The kitchen was great, everything you need to cook a nice meal, the TV was large and had HD Cable. The beds were comfortable enough, but the fan in the master room made a noise when running so we just used the AC instead. Overall a nice place but not for families.

Great property in a good area. Very clean

We stayed in the ground-floor 3 bedroom unit and it was fantastic. A few steps up off the street and you walk directly into your apar**ent. It's more private than you'd expect - I would have considered being on the ground floor a negative, but it really wasn't. The unit was very thoughtfully designed - I can't think of anything that was missing. Location is on the border of two neighborhoods - quiet, residential Saint-Jean-Baptiste, with Rue St. Jean just up the hill for restaurants and shops, and trendy St. Roch, with plenty of great boutiques and brewpubs, especially on Rue St. Joseph. The old, walled part of the city is a 15-20 minute walk away, but our family prefers accommodations away from the most touristy sections of town, so this was pretty ideal. Be prepared to climb some hills or stairs, though. The upside is that your walk back at the end of the day is downhill. There's currently a large surface parking lot across the street - that's also something I would have expected to be a negative, but turned out to be a positive. We stopped for dinner with family in NYC on our drive up to Quebec City, and parking for 4 days here cost about the same as 4 hours in NYC. I value trying out new places, but would stay here again with my family - probably the highest complement I could give.

Lots of space. Conveniently located close to Old Quebec- just a 20 minute walk.
