We visited Buxton to see the carnival and stayed here for 1 night. This is our second time staying at the Premiere Inn and unlike before, you now have to pay to park your car. We checked in quite late, but the staff member at reception was very helpful. Our room was located on the ground floor, which had a very comfortable bed and was very clean. Breakfast had a variety of cooked food; cereal, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and pastries, so the whole family was catered for. We were very happy with our stay here and I’m sure we shall be returning again!

I've used this hotel since it first opened, as my daughter and family live in Buxton. It is clean easily accessible. Unfortunately the car parking charge is nonsense and totally unjustified. The hotel is not central or close to any leisure, retail or transport facilities. The only reason to use the carpark is to stay at the hotel

The rooms were clean and had all the facilities for my disability needs. The staff were excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable and willing to have a chat. This made the visit even better.

A lovely place to stay in Buxton though you have to pay to park your car which I think should be free for paying customers. But, I will go back there to stay...

Fantastic stay. Stayed Friday & Saturday night. Staff were ultra helpful and courteous. Room was extremely clean and well maintained. I was in a premier plus room 228 which had a Nespresso machine & tea making, chocolates and great shower. I didn’t use the wi-fi but apparently premier plus has faster wi-if Extremely spacious and quiet. Bed was the usual high standard and comfortable. You do have to pay for parking which was £5 for 24 hours so not too expensive and car park is part of the hotel grounds so very convenient. Fuel station and shop next door if needed. 10 minute walk from the start of the town and some of the visitor attractions. Helpfulness of all staff from the moment I checked in to the moment I left stood out for me. Bit pricier than most Premier Inns but it is June in a beautiful area of the country so can’t quibble.

From the moment we checked in our stay here was fabulous. Chloe was really pleasant checking us in, gave us all the appropriate information required and was really attentive to our needs. We had a Premier Plus room which was spotlessly clean, air conditioning was good, bed really comfy, shower great, quiet at night so had a great sleep and the added bonus of the premium WiFi throughout our stay. We have stayed at many different Premier Inns but this is our first time in the Buxton one and I have to say it is the best we have stayed in by far. It’s the first time also that we opted for the ‘Meal Deal’ - 2 course evening meal + drink and unlimited breakfast the following morning and I must say it was all excellent. Jamie was fantastic serving us both evenings for our evening meal and we couldn’t fault anything they did - really lovely, pleasant and very attentive to us and every other guest that was eating in the restaurant. You are a credit to Premier Inn - Thanks Jamie! The food was excellent and great value for money - compliments to the chef. Every staff member that we encountered was really lovely and made us feel so welcome - I will definitely be booking again to stay here. We walked into Buxton both days we stayed and it’s a pleasant 15 minute walk into the heart of Buxton. It’s situated next to a petrol station and a Tesco Express which is convenient.
