편안한 숙박 시설 리셉션 직원은 매우 좋은 서비스를 제공했습니다. 기차역까지 돌아가는 길을 도와주었고, 리조트 내 관광 명소에 대한 추천도 해주었습니다. 그는 친절했고 우리가 겪는 모든 문제를 도와주려고 노력했습니다. 꼭 방문해 보시기 바랍니다. 쇼는 아름다웠고 여행도 편리했습니다. 꼭 다시 올게요.

This tourist destination isn’t very well known among foreigners, so English communication in the area is not always smooth. However, inside the hotel, they provided all the assistance I needed. Although the hotel itself isn’t located directly inside the resort, they arranged for a shuttle to take me there. Even after checking out, they took full responsibility in helping me get to the next destination —checking the destination, communicating with the driver, and even assisting with payment to ensure I got to my next stop without any issues. They also helped me with a lot of other things, such as show events and shuttle bus schedules, so I could enjoy my stay without any confusion. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and I appreciated the attentive service throughout my stay.
