몬테카를로 샤름 리조트 & 스파

내 파트너와 나는 지난 주 몬테카를로에서의 놀라운 숙박을 마치고 돌아왔습니다. 리셉션에 들어서는 순간부터 우리는 VIP처럼 대접받았고, 생일을 축하하기 위해 머물고 있었는데 그들은 친절하게도 바다가 보이는 방으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 우리는 158호실에 묵었습니다. 위치는 편의 시설과 가까워서 완벽했지만 발코니에서 놀라운 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 내 생일에 장미 꽃잎과 풍선으로 침대를 장식해 준 하우스 키핑 덕분에 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 스파 시설은 훌륭합니다. 트리트먼트를 받는 것을 적극 권장합니다. 머무는 동안 우리는 하만, 핫 스톤 마사지, 편안한 마사지를 받았는데 모두 1시간 길이의 세션이었으며 완전히 성공했습니다! 모든 직원은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절했고 우리를 위해 충분하지 못했습니다! 그런데 우리가 머물렀던 직원은 전체 직원 중 2명이었습니다! 첫째, 메인 레스토랑의 Walid - 이 남자는 호텔의 절대적인 공로입니다. 그는 메인 레스토랑과 중국식 알 카트에서 지치지 않고 지속적으로 일하고 있으며(100% 추천) 우리가 생각하는 음료를 가져오는 것까지 우리의 모든 요구에 부응했습니다. 테이블을 좋아했고 아침에 에스프레소를 좋아했고 음식을 가져오는 동안 테이블에 에스프레소가 있는지 확인했습니다. 내 생일에도 그는 우리 테이블을 장식하고 생일 축하 노래를 부르며 기억에 남는 추억을 만들었습니다! 두 번째로 우리는 최고의 Terrance에서 일하는 Haney를 언급하고 싶습니다. 그의 특별한 칵테일은 정말 훌륭합니다! 나는 이 남자가 제공하는 기본 칵테일 대신 그의 "특별한" 칵테일을 메뉴에 넣는 재능을 고려하여 호텔을 추천했습니다. 우리는 몬테카를로에서의 숙박을 정말 즐겼으며 이미 다음 여행을 카운트다운하고 있습니다.

우리는 호텔에 정말 만족했습니다. 깨끗했어요. 호텔 직원은 매우 정중했고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 최선을 다했습니다. 우리는 지역 다이빙 센터에 몇 번 다이빙을 갔습니다. 그것은 훌륭했다. 다이빙 승무원은 매우 시원하고 전문적이었습니다. 가격은 공정했고 강사들은 모두가 여행에 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 도와주었습니다.

3rd stay - but defenitely not the last - at this wonderful hotel. Everything was super...the room, the view, the food and beverage, the beach and over all facilities. But.... the thing that really stood out was the mindset of the staff. So friendly, so polite, so serviceminded. Unfortunately I dont remember all names at the staff that made our stay special :( But I would like to place a special THANK YOU to Mr. Mahmoud Elsafty at reservations, Mr. Hany at the terasse bar and Mr. Ahmed waiter at Royal restaurant / Italian restaurant. Well, well... I should know better by now. But still cannot believe my eyes almost till the last day of stay. It all started in the reception. With fake flowers... In 5* hotel, seriously??? Then staf couldn't remember 2 our names, asked twice and having our passports in hands... Coffee you have instant. The real coffee machine standing in the corner not functioning. And "real" coffee in the stand became more watery with every day till tea colour was darker then coffee... Same comes for the Turkish coffee. No normal quality coffee even for money, as this is "all inclusive" hotel I was told... Should go out to get one, unfortunately The service in the restaurant... Feels like customers are there for the stuff not the other way around. Food selection shorten day after day, and never changed. The only diluted oatmeal poultry every day, eggs and a table of pastry or chemically coloured cakes. In total what started as 3* ended in 6 days as bistro style with paper table covers - never-never I would expect that in 5*hotel. The only good thing was an option to dine in 5 different restaurants during your stay. At least that for a change... The territory it self - amazing ! Best part of the hotel. Felt like you live in the botanical gardens. Fortunately they still take good care about that. And the music by the pool never shuts up... Even at night, when no one is there, it plays till 11pm. Sometimes so loud that even with closed doors and earplugs you still hear it! Unlucky those who paid more for the seafront seaview deluxe rooms... Well, all those things speak for themselves. Oh, yes, forgot one more. Bad for you, if you are a woman not accompanied by man/husband... I don't know from what religious villages they've got most of personnel, but this if first time in Egypt I felt so much hateful looks towards myself when was asking anything or just have been there sitting with my friend (also a woman). How dare I open my mouth in a place I've paid pretty nice money, right?

The service was 5 star treatment from check in to all the restaurants, bars and amenities! You hope some would be top drawer but all ! Amazing. Some pictures of the various restaurants in the resort! All worth a visit ! You gotta be hungry tho…….

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have been to the hotel, and we would go back again! All the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, and we were welcomed back like family. The Restaurant Team and Chefs Firstly, someone who holds a special place in our hearts is Waled, the restaurant manager. Waled made us smile and laugh every day, and treated us like VIPs... Thank you for always being amazing at your job and caring so much about what you do. Shady the general manager - a true gentleman and someone who always gave us such a warm smile each day. The food was always varied and delicious, and the head chef runs a tight ship to make sure everyone is well catered for. There was an incredible pastry chef outside who used to make us the most wonderful delights, and you could see that he took great pride in his work. He always worked with such joy. It was my birthday whilst on holiday, and the Lebanese restaurant we booked for that night made such an effort to make my night memorable. Special thanks to Karim, who took care of us magnificently. AND the cake!! Delicious cake indeed. The Sky Bar Hani is such a treasure and great at his job, too. He remembered our drinks from the last time we had been there and juggled the needs of each guest brilliantly. Front of House - Reception We met Mohammed on our first visit, and he had just returned from his honeymoon this time round. He is so attentive to guests, very knowledgeable, and dedicated to his job. We were sad not to see Mr Mohammed El-Safti (he was on a well-deserved holiday) as he is possibly the best Front of House manager we have ever met; however, his deputy Nour took great care of us too. Poolside Ayman - Manager at the pool bar was fantastic and so enthusiastic and happy all the time, and Mohammed (one of the lifeguards) was so so good at his job, we felt very safe. Our bedroom The housekeeping staff are wonderful, have a great attitude, and every day when we came back, there were towel swans or hearts to greet us. One day we even had a towel mermaid! In-house Taxi Service - Mohammed Taxi We call Mohammed Mr Mohammed.. He is funny, charming, speaks several languages to be able to converse with ease with his guests, and works day and night to make sure the needs of guests are well taken care of. Mr Mohammed was the first person we connected with on our first trip to the hotel.
