Exceptional hotel and exceptional reception, restaurant, bars, pools and all hotel facilities. Staff do everything to make your stay much comfortable . I see some unfair comments. It is not fact, I confirm that some people just want to complain. I saw lots of repeater guests since 2015. Thanks to reception and all hotel employees. We will be back soon & recommend hotel to all family & friends as usual.

It's very sad how such a wonderful facility can be spoiled by terrible reception service and a terrible all-inclusive offer. The greenery is beautifully maintained. There are 8 beautiful swimming pools on a huge area with ONE pool bar. Please note - no beer in bars! Food rationed, no coffee, no juices. This is definitely not an all-inclusive hotel, but they inform you that it is Ultra All Inclusive. I definitely recommend it for a holiday trip!

We stayed at Rehana Royal Beach Resort Aqua Park and Spa for a week from 18/10/2025 to 25/10/2025. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 3 children. At first glance the reception area looked lovely. However when you look a little closer it’s quite dirty. The sofas are full of dust and dirt. The drinks area is sticky is and drinking glasses don’t look washed (there are stains on them). We stayed in the suite building 3. Again, at first the rooms looked fine they were lovely and big, plenty of space for a family. However as time went on we seen how dirty it actually was. The mattresses were dirty, bedding wasn’t changed the whole week that we were there. I have attached pictures of how these mattresses are stored, in a dirty store room on the floor. The air conditioning is way too noisy and stinks of sewage. The toilet was blocked frequently. The shower was odd… it was a plastic thing half stuck to the wall with many jets, but none of them worked. When pulling on the tap it felt like the whole thing was going to come off the wall as it seemed to be just hanging on by a thread. One day there were maggots in the toilet. My daughter got stuck in the bathroom as the lock did not work correctly. We did report it but it didn’t get fixed. The housekeepers did not clean the rooms properly. Dust on the lamp like it had been there years, dirt behind the bed. The cupboards and wardrobes were full of dust, I had to clean them myself before using them. The amount of swimming pools was great, it meant that no particular swimming pool was overly crowded. We used the swimming pool outside building number 3 and we had that to ourselves most of the time. One of the few lifeguards Eslam Ahmed Abdo was polite and friendly, he looked after us well. He is a kind person and looked after guests as if they were his own guests. The swimming pools were also very dirty, with the plastic/ rubber covering coming off the walls to expose cement. (Photos attached). The children’s pool was even worse, when walking down the steps you can feel a hole below the plastic surface sheet. The place is called Rehana Royal Beach Resort Aqua Park & Spa it is not an aqua park and the beach is anything but Royal. There are 3 slides for small children, only 2 were operating the week we were there. The older kids side had 3 slides, nowhere near the amount that are shown in the photos. The advertisements for the place are very misleading and I would actually claim they are false. The grounds, as in the garden areas are lovely. The plants, trees, grass give a stunning display in contrast to the dirt in and around the pools. The toilets by the children’s swimming pool and by the bar area on the main restaurant building and on the beach were absolutely disgusting the less I say of these the better. The food in the restaurant areas was very unappealing. I am vegetarian and it can be expected for a vegetarian to be not catered for. But the rest of my family are not vegetarian they were also dish

Grand-looking resort complex with a beach and a jetty that takes you straight to a coral reef. On the good side, the room was pleasant and kept in good order. Tipping the cleaner makes a big difference. We liked the water parks and some of the night shows. On the downside, food, drinks, and hygiene fell short of standard. I can't recommend a place that falls short in these areas. Like many other recent reviews, I suggest considering other resorts.

As other reviews have stated, the drinks are awful and the resort is mostly full of Russians. But that did not spoil our holiday one little bit!! Fabulous room (1126) overlooking the sea, jacuzzi bath in room and huge double bed, and kept immaculately clean. We spent each day at a different spot round the resort (quiet pool, main pool, beach etc) always free sunbeds. All grounds kept clean and tidy. Small aqua park lots of fun, just perfect for us as a middle aged couple. Some bizarre concoctions of food, probably geared up for the Russians, but we certainly never went hungry. Abdul in the restaurant was just amazing, tracked us down every time we were in to check that everything was ok, and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, a true star!! Thank you Abdul!! Every single other staff member we encountered were so friendly and warm and kind, even if they did struggle to understand our Yorkshire accents. Thanks for the memories Rehana ❤️

Calling this a 5-star hotel is a complete joke. It was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly warn anyone: do NOT waste your money here. From the moment we arrived, everything felt neglected and unclean. The room was dirty, dusty, and smelled unpleasant. The furniture was old and worn out, the curtains were stained, and the bathroom hygiene was unacceptable. The food was equally disappointing — tasteless, often not fresh, and served without any care. Breakfast was repetitive and of very poor quality. The entire property feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. It’s shocking that this hotel is still open to guests in such condition. For the price they charge, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
