It is always a pleasure to return to CWR,now for the 8th time.A beautiful resort with the most fantastic beach.Rooms,food and staff are at a high level.It's my second home.I would like to thank especially Medone Clinic,wich provides excelent services for the patients.My experience was great.Dr.Kareem and his assistent welcomed me with a big smile and kindness.I had severe back and leg pain.Dr.Kareem asked me everything about my problems,as well as my existing illnesses.He immediately gave me medication in an infusion,it worked very quickly,the pain disappeard.They also measured my blood pressure,blood sugar and I got a back massge.They repeted this on the last day of my stay.Dr.Kareem was so generous and kind,he also gave me free medications for the trip.The approach is proffesional,the hygiene is at an high level.I'm very grateful to Dr.Kareem for his help.I recommend him to everyone.A young doctor with enormus knowlegde an experience.The best doctor in Medone Clinic.♥️

⭐ Caribbean World Resort – A Wonderful Stay with a Few Notes Our visit to Caribbean World Resort was overall amazing. Although we unexpectedly spent a fair bit of time in the clinic — our toddler needed stitches, and another family member had an allergic reaction to shellfish — I must commend the clinic staff for their professionalism and care. Both cases were handled impeccably, though I did find their medical charges rather excessive. 🏖️ Resort & Facilities The resort itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. There’s no shortage of activities — from arcade games and beach volleyball to children’s rides on small motorbikes, playgrounds, and decent water slides. In the evenings, the theater hosts enjoyable entertainment that adds to the vibrant atmosphere. 🍽️ Dining Experience Beyond the main restaurant included in the all-inclusive package, there are several à la carte restaurants that require bookings and offer fine dining experiences. The food quality is consistently high, though I did find the menu options a bit repetitive. My only real disappointment was with the desserts, as only the Egyptian sweets stood out in quality. 🏊 Pools & Drinks The pool areas are excellent — clean, inviting, and well-staffed. I especially loved the non-alcoholic cocktails and the soft-serve ice cream available at one of the bars. The heated pool is a wonderful touch and one of the main reasons I’d gladly return. Since the sun sets early, I’d recommend extending pool hours slightly so guests can enjoy them longer. 🌊 The Beach – The Highlight The beach is truly the star of the resort. The crystal-clear water is perfect for swimming, often clear enough to see fish passing by. The floating pads in the sea are a great way to relax and take in the surroundings. We also tried the glass-bottom boat tour (an extra charge), which was absolutely worth it. We saw sea turtles, manta rays, and schools of colorful fish, and even enjoyed an hour of snorkeling at two spots plus a stop at a beautiful sandbar. 👏 Staff & Service A big thank-you to all the wonderful staff, from the cleaners to management. Special appreciation goes to Yasser, the Manager, who went above and beyond — arranging a late checkout and personally checking in on us during our medical situations. His attentiveness made a lasting impression.
