Beach recreation worker unfriendly. Guest realation personel deal with the problems in an unprofessional way.. Restaurent waiters most of them unfriendly. Food just acceptable Cleaning untrusty. They don't know how to deal with the guest hotel in a friendly welcoming way The beach is so nice

I visited the resort for the third time this year and it was a fabulous stay as it used to be in the first two times. It is truly the second to non in Nuweiba. The resort is very clean, the food is very good, the view is a spectacular one with an amazing beach, the employees are so friendly and welcoming. We truly felt home with such kind of hospitality from all team members starting from the doorman up to the very kind General Manger Mr. Sherif Sadek and his team (Chef Zaki - Ex. Chef, Mr. Mohamed Adel - Front Office Manager, Ms. Sarah - Guest Relations Manager) and honestly all the team. We highly recommend this place for a piece of mind break even if it is a short break. We cannot wait to return for the forth time very soon!

I went there with my friends we had a great time we loved the place , food is amazing and the staff are perfect the green area is beautiful amazing unbelievable, I couldn’t enjoy more , I will go back with no doubt

Friendly & active team doing their best to keep you entertained. Great spacious rooms with decent amenities. Nice beachfront with many seatings. Decent pool with aqua games available. Mini games like ping pong, billiards and foosball. Food is okay needs more variaties.

The hotel is really nice and calm. We came here in June just me and my mum and it was lovely. The rooms are okay, a bit old but it’s enough cause well, you just sleep in there. Food is great, can’t complain about anything and also the stuff is super nice to us. Animation team is great, best are Mustapha and Mazika, had a lovely time with them playing volleyball and spending some time with them. I would recommend this hotel to people who wanna have fun but also relax a lot.

It’s a nice and relaxed hotel, the stuff is friendly and the facilities are nice. Quiet and yet enjoyable place.plenty of things to do: aqua aerobics, stretching, spa, of course first beach line and niiice pool!
