The hotel does not correspond to five stars. Dirty dishes, stained windows. The biggest drawback is the repetitive food. Breakfast almost unchanged. Cheeses on the ration, fruit and sweets minimal and poor, Christmas cakes with the year 2019 and tuna sandwich are good joke.

Between April 2nd and April 11th, we went on a trip with CORALTRAVEL to the Radisson hotel in Egypt as a group of four. From the very beginning to the end of our stay, everything was at a high level. The rooms were spacious and modern. We were given a "villa" for four people – room 2102. The staff was extremely polite and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The people we interacted with – including the coordinator Rania, who was very helpful and supportive, bartenders like Bishop and Nader, the photographer Leo, Mohamed Tawfik, and many others – made a truly great impression on us. The hotel’s location is excellent – close to the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to tourist attractions. A big plus was the excellent facilities: a pool, spa, restaurants serving delicious food, and well-functioning Wi-Fi. It’s a perfect place both for relaxing on the beach and for taking part in more active excursions like super safaris, a tour of Luxor, and many other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and high-quality service in a beautiful Egyptian setting. We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. We found here everything what we need. The rooms are comfortable, food good , great animation Team who really take care about the guests. Good time and relaxing time with family. Nice trips and a lot of things to see.

The resort is wonderful and the people are very friendly especially Rania. She works at the reception and she is friendly, kind and helpful. She even made a camel smile at me. Thank you Rania, you made my stay even more wonderfull and i surely will come back and i hope you will be there.
