호텔은 정말 훌륭합니다. 모든 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움을 많이 줍니다. 호텔, 해변, 수영장 모두 깨끗합니다. 음식은 싱겁고 술은 괜찮습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 모두에게 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 여기서 즐거운 시간을 보내실 수 있을 겁니다.

이 호텔의 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 두 번째 방문입니다. 애니메이션 팀은 정말 훌륭하고, 특히 마리아는 정말 친절하고 아름다우며 도움을 많이 줍니다. 음식도 맛있었고, 음료도 좋았습니다. 엔터테인먼트도 정말 좋았고, 수석 애니메이션도 훌륭했습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

폴란드 커플. 점점 숫자가 줄어들고 있지만, 아마 이집트에서 12번째 묵는 것 같아요. 정말 최고의 휴가였습니다. 이집트 리조트에서 먹어본 음식 중 선택의 폭과 품질 모두 최고였습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절했고, 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었으며, 미소가 끊이지 않았습니다. 호텔 3곳으로 이루어진 단지 전체가 편안한 분위기였습니다. 저희는 보통 붐비는 리조트를 좋아하지 않지만, 주변에 많은 투숙객이 있는 건 전혀 개의치 않는 것 같았습니다. 투숙객의 90%가 폴란드인인 것 같았습니다. 한겨울에 이집트를 여행해 본 적은 없어서 가기 전에는 좀 걱정했지만, (중부 유럽 기준으로) 늦봄 날씨에 기분 좋게 놀랐습니다. 피칼바트로스 포트 갈립, 정말 잘했어요!

아주 좋은 호텔이에요. 해변 전망도 아주 좋고 직원들도 정말 친절해요! 애니메이션 팀도 친절하고, 참여할 수 있는 재미있는 액티비티도 많아요. 외국인들이 많아서 여러 언어를 구사하는 것 같아요. 저녁 공연도 매일 밤마다 다른 프로그램으로 진행되니 정말 좋았어요.

We had a wonderful holiday at Pickalbatros Oasis and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and many team members spoke Czech, which made us feel right at home. Special thanks to the Czech animators, who were always checking in to make sure everything was okay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great atmosphere throughout. The buffet meals were delicious with a wide and regularly changing selection of food. We especially loved the Soprano restaurant, led by Mr. Osman – everything there worked smoothly, and the service was excellent. We highly recommend trying the à la carte restaurants as well – just make sure to reserve in advance. The pool areas were enjoyable and clean, although some tiles around the pools were a bit slippery and could be safer with minor repairs. Other than that, we have no complaints – just happy memories. The beach access is via a pier rather than directly from the shore, which surprised us at first, but once we tried it, it turned out to be great – the sea was clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant!
