I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were outstanding and very helpful throughout my stay. I would like to especially thank Mr. Shaaban, the General Manager, and Mr. Mahmoud at the reception for their warm hospitality. In the restaurant, Mr. Mohamed El Sheikh and Chef Mostafa deserve special recognition, particularly for the delicious pizza and pies. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and an amazing beach, which I consider one of the best I’ve visited in Egypt.

I’ve been to Egypt 5 times, but this was an absolute nightmare! The only positive thing was the staff’s attitude, but unfortunately, it couldn’t make up for the huge shortcomings. stained sheets, and overall poor maintenance. The food selection was very limited, completely tasteless, and made us feel sick afterward. On top of that,and there's man called Ahmed reda he is really Harassed he follows me and it was scary, I don't know his job title but he told me he is the manager of this place like abuse of influence ((: I lasted only 24 hours before I had to leave – staying there was a real health risk. Advice for others: If you’re not satisfied, contact your tour representative immediately and request to be relocated! And I hope taking real actions from the owner!

I was there between July 12th and 26th. I didn't have high expectations, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a well-coordinated staff who are friendly and welcoming to visitors, and the food was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located, being the only one on the opposite side of Port Ghalib, so if you want to relax, it's the perfect place. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Very nice all-inclusive hotel, great pool area with multiple pools for both kids and adults, shallow for chilling og deep for swimming exercises or diving practice. Good breeze to always keep you comfortable in the hot sun. 4 excellent food servings a day with good beverage. Private beach with excellent coral for snorkling or sunbathing. Entertainment team always have something going on if you want to stay busy and rooms are nice and clean with aircon. Will bring a friend to go here again next year!

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. First of all – the service is 10/10. Mohamed, Ahmed, Ali, Hasan and the rest of the team greeted us with a smile every single day. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but nowhere have we felt so warmly welcomed as here. The food was delicious, and the Christmas Eve dinner was a masterpiece – not only a culinary delight but also an aesthetic experience! The hotel is located in a safe area, and you can reach the vibrant port restaurant zone within minutes by water taxi. We also enjoyed walking around outside the hotel and felt completely at ease. The hotel manager is always around, checking on everything and making sure guests are well cared for. We highly recommend trying the massage – the therapist has truly healing hands. If you’re considering this hotel – don’t hesitate, it’s absolutely worth it! Asia & Łukasz

Perfect vacation in spring. Warm wheather, good place for friends and families. The hotel is fine, delicious food. Animation team was perfect and friendly and have program for guest for example pilates, aquagym and showtime at night. I suggested to everyone to have an amazing vacation!

Hi. For me, simply wow! This is what I was looking for. A beautiful, large hotel in Egyptian and Arabic style, the rooms are like real chambers. I felt like I was in a fairy tale from 1001 Nights. I wish my stay would last forever, I will definitely go back there. I miss everything. Very helpful people, large pools, good food and drinks, from the hotel to the water taxi to Port Ghalib, a beach and a bar not far from the hotel. To live and not to die. Fantastic! I love this hotel. It's my second home. 5 stars.Albert Frank.
