I was at the hotel once and I rate the stay as successful. The hotel's incredible advantage is its location in Abu Dabbab Bay, known for its beautiful reef and turtles. For divers, there are diving centers from both SSI (at the hotel) and PADI (on the public beach) associations. The rooms are clean, we got a renovated room close to the beach, which was also a big plus. All the staff were very nice. When it comes to food, I think everyone could find something they liked. When it comes to animations, something different every evening. During the day, various games and fun on the beach. The animators were nice and friendly, it was nice to talk to everyone, we especially liked Ola. We will definitely come back someday.

Worst experience ever☹️ This resort is a complete letdown! We divided our holiday in 2 different resorts, first we stayed at a much cheaper hotel before this one and it was way better despite the lower price. This place is old, the rooms looks okay although the bathroom hasn’t been updated in a while, the food is terrible—there’s barely any choice and everything tastes awful. The entertainment team doesn’t even try to interact with guests, and their performances are boring. The reception wasn’t welcoming and barely gave any information on the hotel,staff are rude and unfriendly, making you feel like an inconvenience. All those glowing reviews online are completely fake and don’t belong here. Avoid this resort at all costs!

This is by far one of the best resorts I’ve been to and what really stands out is the people who work here, they are very welcoming, the hospitality is great, you can really feel that they are doing their best and that the management is on top of everything happening at the resort, they also make sure that you get a personalized experience this applies to everyone working from the restaurant to the cleaning staff and the kids club! I definitely recommend it and will be returning!

Evička our "laughter" and kind, willing to always come out to tourists when they have a problem they talk to them even if some stim, the DJ played what I wanted Gott, David..."Amin, Yasser, Monička... these were the Animators with Big "A" Managers: Master Sherif a person who is amazing ❤️ then our //RENÉ- so-called Moustafa//❤️a many others who always willingly take care of us and especially the chefs, whom I thank for good food, as I say a hundred people - a hundred tastes. so the guys for me and the waiters at the pool Karim and Hassan are the bomb from morning to evening laughter and a great smile at the lobby bar, Ahmed has always served us willingly since ❤️

We just came back from our vacation in this hotel. It was our first time, but definitely not the last. The hotel is older, what can be seen, but the rooms are clean and cozy. The swimmingpools are renoveart.We had beautifull seawiev, so I was really excited. The food was nice, we always found something what we liked. I have to say, that the waves restaurant is absolutely perfect. The hotel jas two big pluses the sea and the staff. Everybody is so kind and nice. Begining at the reception throug dne waitresses, barmans, cooks and cleaners. I have to say special thank to mr. Nagy Elshaer , Moustafa the f&b manager, Mohamed from.waves and Tarek Ibrahim . These people made this vacation really special. For us as Slovaks it was a big benefit, that almost everybody understood czech. Last thing... if you want cold luxury vacation, don' t come. But if you want beautifull sea and warm familiar hotel with the best staff ever, this is the right place. . THANK YOU AND SEE YOU NEXT YEAR.

I spent 5 days here with my mother and I'd say this is our most unforgettable trip of the year. The room is tidy and we could see beautiful seaview just on the balcony. On the third floor we could see marvelous sunrise everyday. It's easy to get into the Abu Dabbab Beach where turtles always waiting for us to explore. The jetty straight to the sea makes it easier to see the colorful coral reefs. Though my mother can't swim, she could see the undersea world on the shore. People here are friendly. They gave us warm greetings everytime when they met us and always asked us for advices in order to make the resort better. Hope to come back again!
