Hotelux Oriental Coast Marsa Alam

This resort is run down and now closed for renovations. It closed overnight leaving people stranded. We were staying in the adjacent condos and thought we could use the facilities. For three of the 6 days I did. The gym was terrible. Most of the equipment was broken. The food in the restaurant was poor. I read reviews on Tripadvisor that were false.

Sixth holiday in this hotel. Four times it was Sentido Oriental dream and, after the sale, twice Hotelux oriental Coast Great accommodation, cleaned every day, change of towels and always made something nice for the beds. Clean, well-maintained beach and great underwater life, which is why we keep coming back to this hotel. The bar on the beach is also great, both drinks and afternoon snacks. The food is excellent and thanks to the chef, even celiacs can eat without a problem. He will perform and show which food is suitable for a gluten-free diet. A selection of good cheese spreads for breakfast. Excellent soups for lunch and dinner, as well as excellent and varied main dishes. Excellent vegetables and vegetable salads, lots of sweet pastries and cakes. Overall great satisfaction as every visit to this hotel. We look forward to next year.

The best holiday of my life! My family and I enjoyed it so much. The hotel was very good-looking and really cozy. We had All inclusive and I must say that the food was quite good - you could choose from many options, which is really good. The rooms are cozy, have a nice bathroom and also a little terrace. What I personally enjoyed the most was the animation program for the whole day (including the evening after dinner) with the best animators - i have to highlight their names : Ahmed and Africano (Hossam) - if you're reading it guys, i wanted to say a big thank you for making my holiday even better :) ! Then I would highlight the pools - big, warm and clear; easy entrance to sea - where you can see many colourful corals and fishes; and the service - kind and polite, especially Reda and Josef - shukran! And also my family and i would want to thank Omar for polite greeting and telling us all the informations about hotel. If you are deciding whether to go or not, definitely visit this destination and stay in THIS HOTEL!

Together with my wife we had a vacation vacation here 02-09.04.2023. And many things were pretty nice - beautiful sea, nice location of the hotel, generally friendly staff. I really liked also the team of animators - Africano, Natalya and Ahmet created a cool atmosphere. Be sure to play volleyball with them and go dancing in the evening! I also need to mention that the cuisine is quite decent here. There were many very tasty dishes. I personally liked fresh vegetable salads with soaked eggplants. For lunch and dinner almost every day beef was served. Delicious beef. Separately, I must mention dry tasty cakes made by the Arab lady-cook. There was always a queue for it! By the way, they serve alcohol drinks well and the waiters are very polite. Beer is especially good - you can get it in let’s say unlimited quantities! Regarding disadvantages - the hotel is far from being a brand new and rather used in some places. There were problems with water supply (no water for several hours in one of the days, sometimes not very strong flow from the tap), there were not enough towels on the beach for several days and the responsible workers did not want to do anything with it. But the administrators at the reception have provided support for that case, which is appreciated. Also the hotel has very bad WiFi. It constantly drops you out! For sightseing, be sure to contact Ahmet, he has his desk in the lobby. He arranged a great trip to Luxor for us! Also another Ahmet on the beach provided a very decent quadro safari. In general, we are satisfied and would like to come again very soon!

That was a good staying in Hotelux. First af all , staff is really friendly , that makes you smile. A comfortable room with a beautiful view 😍 and all facilities . Great atmosphere was granted by animation team. Special thanks to Africano😊.

Very good hotel, good service, clean rooms, good atmosphere, good and tasty cuisine, friendly cooks. I liked the animators the most, they are very friendly and good, always smiling, and Husein 🫶😍 is the best, always smiling and putting everyone around in a good mood, good music, great atmosphere. Thank you very much ☺️ for a good vacation, I promise that I will come back to you again 😘😘

The hotel needs renovation, food not good all days , hotel needs more staff , beach and pool bar are poor , the management responsible of the hotel so bad because they did not want to pay to get machines for the staff to serve the guests at all the hotel is not good for holidays

Hotel was nice, room was beatiful with terrace, view on the sea was very nice. Stuff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed. Food was tasty, large variety and vegan,sweets fruits were ofc included. There was always something to do, program from hotel was also avaible. Near the pool were two bar situated with large number of different drinks and coctails. Health clinic was nearby, when you feel ill, and they spoke to us with our native language. We would recommend this hotel, and hopefully will visit it in the future. Ivana and Iveta
