Hotel PulinPuri

I have stayed in this hotel in the past and it's really disappointing to see that they have deteriorated a lot in terms of service. They don't provide sufficient toiletries on their own. We booked a double bed room for 4 nights for 3 occupants (adults) and they charge extra for one additional person but they won't provide you basic amenities (towels, cups, glass, etc.) for that extra person. The lamp shed hanging near the cupboard just over the bed is broken (Refer photographs). It's a safety hazard and when I complained the manager gave an irresponsible reply. He said that it is in this condition for last 18 months and no incident has happened. The bathroom fitments in wash basin is in broken condition. Every time I had to complain about the issues and when I said I will a post review then only they started taking extra care by replacing bed sheets and pillow cover with room cleaning every day which they usually do once for each guest. Only good thing is location. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely waste of money 💰.

FRAUD Online booking fraud business. Took 4000 and did not confirm the booking. That guy was saying he was about give an OTP for confirmation. In the name of OTP he was about to snatch more than 1 lakh rupees from my credit card. When I called landline number from the hotel site, they said they already know about this fraud.

We all are happy and satisfied with the hotel Pulin Puri, will definitely recommend other friends and family. Mr Dilip took care of our every requirements. Food was very tasty too. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. We booked sea facing ac rooms, which we would recommend to book for others.Thank you Puin Puri.
