스워스티 칠리카 리조트(Swosti Chilika Resort)

This is my second trip in last three years. This property remains as idyllic and welcoming as ever. One special mention is the restaurant. Wel spread buffet on days they offer it. Pragya Biswal at the restaurant staff ***ager takes personal care of guests with cheerful dispositions. Chef ***as Panda is amazing! Chef Panda mingles with customers and provides custom dishes which are way too yummy!!! I met ***y leadership members during two days. This is a good sign that the leaders arw involved. Mr. Santosh - the day ***ager - deserves a special mention!!! Great staff! Great Locale!

South Indian food was good and juices were fresh. Pragya , Mahendra and Ratna chef, chandan, Anil were courteous. Evening was live and enjoyed the boat ride followed by snacks. Room service was no time and good. Reception team was informative

Most beautiful luxury resort by the chilika lake. Amazing sea food ar the restaurant. Best pomfret ever had! The staff is very helpful. The boat ride is a great activity. Should definitely plan a stay if in orrisa.

Very clean and well kept place. The rooms and all facilities in the room work perfectly. Ranjita, Kapil and Kabita provided excellent service and true representation of Chilika Resort attitude and experience. Honestly I was amazed to find d the gem of place with great service.

This resort is amazing - really 5 star People extremely courteous, helpful and always eager. Food awesome - they catered to special jain food request Lilu Prasad, sas mita, sanghamitra, Nilu, Sanju and Pragya and Bipin the leader Malas We thoroughly enjoyed - eight of us

Visited with my 73 year old in laws for what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and claims to be a luxury resort. It is not. We stayed for 3 nights. Weddings were taking place with ear deafening music for 48 hours. It didn’t stop at night till we had to complain at nearly midnight both nights. Staff are courteous but not at all trained. They were incredibly inefficient and didn’t seem to understand English or Hindi. When I called room service I was told there was no staff available. Service at the poolside is non existent and you have to walk to the restaurant in your wet swimsuit to get served. Everyone was apologetic after the event but basically we paid to be tortured for 48 hours. When you complain instead of offering solutions you will be given excuses about how busy they are as if that is the responsibility of the customer. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. I have travelled extensively in India and can say that this is the worst experience I’ve had. 2 star hotels are far more superior than this.
