Unfortunately, we left this hotel with a bad taste in our mouths due to a very unpleasant incident. On our first day, we left our money in the bungalow while we went to the beach for an hour. Later that evening, we realized that €300 and $150 USD were missing. We did not put the money in the safe because we did not know that it was key-operated rather than a digital code safe. Interestingly, while the bungalow door had a keypad lock (which would have allowed tracking of entries and exits), the hotel still uses a key system, which is much less secure. We reported the issue to the reception, and they checked the security cameras. However, the cameras do not fully cover the entrance area, so they were unable to provide any definitive answers. We travel frequently and have never experienced theft, even when we did not always use a safe. This situation left us feeling extremely uncomfortable. Positives: • The bungalow was spacious and comfortable. • The restaurant staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. • The pool was large and well-maintained. • The washing machine and dryer worked well. Additional Negatives: • We stayed in the Toucan bungalow, which is the very last one, directly next to the main road and the machine room. As a result, it was extremely noisy. While there were some positive aspects of our stay, the security concerns and lack of resolution regarding the missing money completely overshadowed them. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety and peace of mind.

Struttura meravigliosa. Pulizia e cura degli ambienti eccellente. Appartamento dotato di tutti confort. Piscina per adulti e bambini top . Ma chi fa' veramente la differenza e la Sig.ra Maria della reception con il suo sorriso e con la sua grande disponibilità verso i clienti , ci ha coccolati e aiutati per tutta la nostra permanenza illustrandoci posti meravigliosi da visitare e facendoci sentire come a casa nostra . Persone cosi ti permettono di vivere una vacanza al top....fortunati colori che hanno la possibilità di avere una persona così nella loro struttura.
