인소텔 푼타 프리마 리조트 (Insotel Punta Prima Resort)

Great hotel, great staff, great location. We had a seaview room with balcony and it was perfect. Close to the pool, main restaurant and evening venue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to a few shops and a beach. A 30 minute walk in the other direction takes you to a beautiful cove, great for snorkeling. The local bus and 'ting ting train' are great for trips to other beaches, the waterpark, Mahon and Binibeca. All easy day trips from the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a great time. I was nervous after some reviews, but I always take them with a pinch of salt as we all have different standards etc. We are a family of 3 (18 month old) We had a ground floor terrace room, 5411. Loved it. Bottom of the hill, so near the main pool and bar. Kids pool os the top of the hill. Yes I didnt enjoy the hill, bit meant I earn my many many meals and wine. My daughter loved the splash park, and brilliant play parks. She found the pools cold, yes they were chilly but she was being dramatic, I liked it. For kids this is an amazing place. So much for them to do' cant adult for kids at all. Food is good. Drinks are all brand and really good. Ice creams all day. Snacks if needed. We had two meals out. One in punta prima at Aire which was good, nice to sit on the beach. And one I Mahon, we got the bus in for lunch and a walk. Would definitely come again. Would maybe rent a car for the day to explore more beaches. We really did have a lovely time. I highly recommend. Rooms were clean. Cleaners came every day. Aswe had a little one the bar have us a bottle to take away to sit on our terrace once she was asleep. Cot was comfy. She is fussy. Take non slip weg shoes for kids as its slippy by the pools. Towels you need to rent and get deposit back. Lovely indoor pool you can use for families in the morning 10 till 2. Hope its helpful .

Honest review, for the most part our holiday was fabulous and glad we ignored the bad reviews (although, I do understand we have come at the end of season and I’m sure a lot of the facilities would be a lot more stretched during high season) We came 1st - 11th October. Family of 4. 2 adult, 10 year old and under 1. We got a private transfer from the airport and our room was ready on arrival. We arrived about 11am. Family who we travelled with, their room was ready around lunch time. So this was great. Because it was a private transfer we did get there ahead of the coach so there wasn’t any queues for checking in. We were given info and a map and told about the facilities and how to book al a cartes etc. We booked the al a cartes straight away and had no issues getting in at all. Actually managed to book the Italian for twice during our stay as we stayed for 10 days. Room was clean, on the ground floor near the bottom pool. (Room 4612) With a very good cot bed with a very good quality mattress. The main bed however is like sleeping on concrete and I did really struggle with a bad back and shoulder due to the bed unfortunately. Our room was cleaned every day and the maids are very friendly and hard working. The whole complex is kept in excellent condition and it constantly being cleaned and maintained throughout. The food is a lot better than I was expecting based on previous reviews, we didn’t experience any Luke warm food and there was usually plenty of choice. Obviously the buffet can get repetitive at times but I find that with most hotels. However, we did give the sausages at the breakfast buffet a wide birth as they were very pink quite often. But didn’t notice anything else to be under cooked. The entertainment is decent but doesn’t start until quite late if you have kids with you. But we used the time between the tea time buffet and the entertainment as a chance to go for a stroll and attempt to get our baby to sleep so it was fine. Most of the staff are great, and super helpful, but there is a couple of members of staff who are very grumpy, one even rolled her eyes at me in the Mexican for asking to see the dessert menu. I can only think of 2 miserable members of staff from the dozens that we met throughout our stay. The staff in the buffet are super friendly and love entertaining the kids. All the either staff are friendly and reception are very helpful and ordered taxis for us quickly and efficiently on multiple occasions. Big shout out to the bar man gallardo! He saved us when we were out on a day out in a near by village and got stuck there with no way back during siesta (long story, don’t ask!) but every time we saw him in resort he was so happy to see as and that we were enjoying our time. The entertainment team are great and really hard working. Our son loved them and got involved in the activities. He played football everyday with them at half 4. Menorca is the cleanest hotel me and my family has stayed at . The place is our go to holiday and we love it so much the food is great the drinks are amazing also it was a nice and quite place I would definitely recommend the pools were nice , mini disco was good

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were wowed by the hotel. The grounds were stunning, well kept and beautifully clean and the staff were super friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was a family room, with a large kingsize bed in a seperate room and the children slept on the sofa beds which were very comfortable. The room was very spacious. It was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen. The pools were lovely and clean. There are 2 shallower pools at the bottom.of the complex and a deeper pool at the top end with a children's splash park area. If your kids (or the adults) are into football take their astro boots as they have an amazing astro pitch with lots of opportunities to play 'competitive' matches. They also have tennis pitches, basket ball and table tennis. Lots of opportunities to get involved in activities during the day. The activity staff were super helpful and friendly and the entainment in the evening was a bit of fun but be warned it does get repeated if you stay longer than a week. Very impressed with the all inclusive drink options; larger was Estrella and soft drinks were real coke, Fanta, spite. Excellent variety of food daily. Very close to the beach, easy 10 min walk and a few shops and restaurants in the village to explore. In case you wanted to travel light, the apartment did have a hairdryer, but you need to hire kettles, irons, clothes airer from reception. 25min transfer from the airport. It's worth mentioning that the hotel take their pool cleanliness very seriously. On two occasions 2 pools were closed for 2.5 hrs whilst they were cleaned following a child being sick. The bits that were annoying (minor and they wouldnt stop us recommending or returning but worth knowing); 1. All sun loungers were reserved by 9am and although it is a hotel policy not to do this, hotel staff did not police it. The worst bit people were reserving multiple sunbeds to ensure they get the best spot as the sun moved around during the day. And those that went on excursions reserved their beds so they had one to come back to at 3pm in the afternoon. This was really frustrating so we had no option but to join in, put the alarm on and rush down to reserve beds by 8am. 2. Food; cold cold cold. At best luke warm so I resorted to warming food up in the microwave. 3. Astro and tennis courts. Whilst the hotel has flood lights for these spaces (excellent, as too hot to play in mid Augustduring the day, but an 8pm knock about would work) the hotel refused to put the lights on because of the cost. At 9/10pm there were 15 kids and teenagers all playing footy in the pitch black which was ridiculous and dangerous. One evening they gave in after multiple parents going down to reception to ask. 4. Whilst we were there the womens football final was scheduled; Spain vs Eng. The hotel refused to show the match on a big screen. No reason other than you all have TVs in your room, watch i

I don’t disagree with some of the negative points but the good out weighs the bad. Yes there was a big que to check in however nice touch of bubbly to greet us on arrival and staff was friendly and thorough. Apartment was clean and spacious with mini kitchen area there was a funny smell in kitchen cupboard room 5305 but other than that cleaners came every day bar Saturday and beds were comfortable with fans and air con, our room was right on sea front so that was a bonus however so be prepared for steep hills to get to top pool if you do stay in that area. There’s a splash pool, a more chilled north pool and a fun south pool with activities and aqua aerobics which we loved especially with Sofia Drinks were great - branded pop in dining room, wine given by bottle. Pop on tap round pools , however as mentioned by others too many wasps , surely a solution can be found as was off putting Food I found ok I feel like a main attraction was missing most nights but Iv never been anywhere all inc where doesn’t get boring, however there’s different options all round hotel including 2 restaurants Mexican and Italian none were amazing food but a lovely atmosphere in Italian and a change from the buffet however both could of done with maybe more food options and music. We went end of August and got loungers at 7.30/ 8am but was 9 of us so not too bad and loads of areas to choose from. The hotel location is stunning overlooking the sea and a little area to walk to with few shops and small beach great transfer time from Mahon also. Kids loved joining in with the football games and we all enjoyed pool activities and Iv got to say the best entertainment team Iv seen, the shows in the evening are AMAZING from the insotel team !! We loved every one of the shows the team did especially the show with music of the decades and Disney, the dancing the singing and the atmosphere, you can tell they love what they do and put in every night We found Sofia and Sebastian very friendly and fun and made the holiday memorable for the children but in fairness all of the team was fabulous. One day we took advantage of the free bus to Menorca splash park which is 5 mins away and a decent park however do bring some wet shoes as floor isn’t best to walk on. We loved our stay yes some improvements could be made which aren’t even huge so please listen to feedback insotel as this hotel could be exceptional, however we have all left with warm hearts and fabulous memories and I will definitely return ❤️

Went for a 4 day hen holiday and it was fantastic! The apartment was clean and easily slept 4 . Had a nice kitchen area, lots of space and storage available. The bathroom was very nice, Modern and clean. The hotel restaurants, bars etc were all Very clean, the pool was lovely, always a good verity of food and drinks available, very friendly staff & entertainers who made our holiday a blast! Lots of activities available and definitely family friendly Will definitely return.

Loved: - The location & view - Tennis courts & 2 underground squash courts we didn't know about. Also there is Social football & a gym space. - The bar, friendliness of staff & entertainment - The amount of space by the pool - Amount of parking - The price we got in the BA sale - Room was very comfy To Note: - They make you pay to use the safe - Beach towels require a deposit - They will not let you book the restaurant before you arrive. Do it ASAP when you do or it could be full for the week (it wasn't great, but decent). - You're not paying Club Med prices so don't expect restaurant quality all-inclusive food. However do expect to enjoy the buffet! Some of the desserts were delicious, the pastry chef was phenomenal and will be headhunted soon. - You can get ice creams and slush puppies from the pool bar - There are some mosquitos, also a couple of small supermarket shops within a 5 minute walk by the beachfront to get after sun etc. - You can walk through the back of the buffet into the bar & stage area. - Don't expect 5* luxury like the website implies - they offer Prestige for that.

It was a bit of a last minute booking and we are pleased we did, what a great resort. Open (not feeling as if there were lots of people on top of you), fresh air, loungers in front of your balcony if you were on the ground floor. The staff make the difference, the kindest, most smiling people I've ever seen. Great facilities, yes some could have a bit of maintenance but we were at the end of the season so I'm sure it's being done while the resort is closed. Fantastic pools (chilly for the adults but the kids wouldn't get out). The food was extensive, the salad bar was fully loaded everyday! On 2 of the 14 days the meat counter was not to my taste but that's a personal opinion. The kids never complained and always had something different to eat / try We will most definitely go again
