인소텔 푼타 프리마 리조트 & 스파 -

We arrived home yesterday after having an amazing two weeks at this resort! The location is stunning with beautiful sea views all around and there is a local beach to visit which is a five minute walk out of the resort. There is also a bus stop right outside the resort and a land train which can take you to other local areas. Our check in was straight forward with very friendly, helpful reception staff. Our room was ready as soon as we’re arrived! The grounds around the resort are well maintained and clean, including the pool and restaurant areas. Our apartment was perfect as I have mobility issues. We were central to everything and still had an amazing view from our terrace. And yes the resort is on a slope but there are ramps and slopes all around the resort so it is accessible for everyone. Our apartment was spotless and was cleaned regularly with clean towels and bedding. We also have no complaints where noise was concerned. There have been mixed reviews regarding the food and to be perfectly honest we have no idea why. There is plenty of choice for everyone, including healthy options, I never once had the same meal. The chefs were even very accommodating with our daughter who suffers with a severe dairy allergy. Those who work in the restaurants work all day everyday and were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a huge selection of drinks to choose from, including all kinds of cocktails and when you ask for a wine or cava at dinner you get given the whole bottle! A big shout out to all the animation team they were amazing!! You can see they work hard as a team and really support each other no matter what role they play. Well thought out shows with great energy and talent. Plenty of activities to join in darts, football, water games, archery etc, with the staff making it fun and enjoyable. For us the whole experience was great value for money, it was well worth it! The only complaint we have is other guests choosing to occasionally smoke in public areas when it is against Spanish law to do so & the rudeness of impatient unappreciative guests. All members of staff worked so hard to make this one of our top family holidays! We will definitely visit again!

Lovely hotel clean tidy friendly atmosphere and staff, if you have problems with walking you may find it difficult at times due to the slopes and steps, This is a family holiday with children in mind, lots of things to keep them amused, this in my opinion is not for a quiet sitting by the pool reading holiday, (like I wanted) lots of young screaming children and a few groups of people with music, drink and little thought for others, to be fair having a good time,

We are on our way home from a lovely stay at this hotel - I was with my adult daughter. The reviews are harsh - this hotel offers alot - we did not experience any rude staff - they were very busy in the buffet areas but when you spoke to them and thanked them they were lovely. Our apartment was fabulous and the accommodation much better than being in a standard hotel block- the Spanish tapas restaurant that we were allowed to book once was brilliant. The evening bar area great with lovely cocktails. Upper swimming pool was great - it would have been nice to have an adult only pool. Brilliant hotel for people with children particularly the very young- alot of water play areas. Buffet area not very relaxed but are they ever? We had no issues with the food and enjoyed it. They do run out at times for some items and then replace it so may be a wait but then there isn’t alot of food sitting there for ages. Wine at table very good- retails for £11 a bottle in uk and free- get a bottle - very generous. Lots of cocktails to try and named brand spirits. Not sure what more people could want - we loved it and would happily go back.

The hotel is dated and very much in need of a refurb. Thankfully, we booked a superior family swim up which was just beautiful. Completely different to the rest of the hotel, modern, bright and the pool was just perfect. The issue with these rooms is that they are at the top of the hotel so up the VERY steep hill. We had a pram and it was hard work, also no good if you want to go out for a walk or going down to the restaurant etc. you can’t just nip back to your room without it feeling like you had a mountain to climb!!! (Literally!) When the staff came to set the baby cot up we asked why the safe wasn’t working, they tried for a while but couldn’t do it either. I later found out you have to pay for it … it would have been helpful if we were told this upon check in. Check in was chaotic, we got there around 1130 and must have been the last to get a room at approx 3pm. We were only there 3 nights due to this being part of a wider trip. Only reason I would return would be for the room, as it was so nice, otherwise the layout is just too hard work. I hope Insotel look to refurb the hotel in the near future as it could be very nice. Also, if you’re marketing it as 5 star then it may be an idea to have a golf buggy service offering guests lifts around the resort, even if just on a request basis. At the moment I would say the resort is 4 star at very best.

Except a few minor flaws, almost perfect vacation with family. Very nice and clean resort with nice swimming pools, sport possibilities, good food, great animators and activities (both for adults and children). It was hard to leave this place after a week.

Good points: This resort is a lovely resort, it’s has 3 pools and 2 baby pools which are seperate. Bottled beer and soft drinks, promptly served in the restaurants. Shop on sight, lots of places to eat. Loads of sunbeds By the beach Bad points: Not great entertainment, not sure if it was the time of year that we went but was very poor. They did a show every night which was okay but for a 5 star hotel I thought it was bog standard. The food was awful!!! It gave both me and my partner sickness and 💩💩 and spoke to other families and it did the same to them. Not much to do for kids unless they go into the kids club. Pools are freezing, even baby pools. Rooms are very dated and adjoin to the next room so you can hear everything. Also people above who you can hear.
