Overall it was good. I can’t say it was excellent. The rooms, pools and restaurants are nice, the staff who were the most friendly and polite were in the Japanese restaurant. The servers around the resort don’t seem to like their jobs. One server at the buffet breakfast rolled her eyes and walked away when I asked for a coffee. Generally you have to find someone to serve you and when you do they act like you are bothering them. Coffee shop was one of our favourite places, they serve ice cream there. Gift shops are nice and well stocked.

I’ve been on vacation to the Dominican Republic numerous of time. For the first time in years our lock safe inside the room was giving us issues. We called 2 time to rectify the situation. On the day we were packing our luggage and items we noticed inside our safe money was missing. When it comes to vacation my wife and I make sure our finances are in check and we waste what we can due to our life back at home. I will never go to this resort again and I warn those that do decide to travel to this resort to think twice In picking this place to they will watch you and wait for the opportunity to go inside your room and steal your hard earn money for there own benefit when in reality we’re the ones uplifting these businesses in these countries. Extremely bad experience and I hope they’ll tighten up with their staff just image if we would have left our wallets and phone inside the lock safe. You feed them with tips and they get greedy with stealing from the visitors. I been traveling with ******* for some time now and this is the first time I’ve ever comment on something.

Property was gorgeous. Beach was fantastic. Plenty of seating available. Pools were great. The food at the buffets and bbq were always the same. After a day or two you were over it. Need to change options so people who are there for a period of time have a change of menu. Staff were excellent. Concierge was great. Housekeeping was great.

Really nice environment! Awesome customer service. Food was good. We feel safe. Very great place to spend a few days with partner or family.

Food was poor quality, lazy staff they look at you that you owe them something, buffet next to the beach flies all over food, not enough towels in the room even after we asked to have at least one towel per person, pool towels not available sometimes.

Service was very poor, tipping didn't help. Very few happy faces. Food was mediocre. Meats were horrible. We tried this resort after 2 stays at Nickelodeon and we will not come back here. Much better to stay at Nickelodeon, lot of kids activities, better food and happy stuff .

Overall clean, lots to do. Would be great if buffet opened earlier for lunch. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable

Food was not good, no hot water at night, the employees were rude 5 of us ended up getting sick the last 2 days Never going back
