My wife brought with her a 500-dollar white dress; on the 1st night at the property, she decided to iron it; the first thing that happened was the iron assigned to the room wasn't working. I can understand that, after all, things happen. Following the book, we called reception to get another iron; they acted pretty fast and sent the Iron right the way, then the issue started; they sent a rusty iron, and when it was used on the dress, it got a big stain which it was unrepairable, and the piece has to be thrown away. When I went to the reception to make a claim, they said that they couldn't do anything about it; the only thing was to fill in a claim so the higher people could see it, eventually. So disappointed, if I knew it, all probably stayed at the Hyatt Zillara, like we always do, that kind of thing never happen in there.
