골프 호텔 푼타 알라(Golf Hotel Punta Ala)

As others have mentioned in the reviews, the hotel is a bit expensive for what they offer. Note that the spa and indoor pool is closed from early October. The shuttle to the private beach is also not working. As such, I felt I wasn't able to fully experience the hotel. The room was very nice and I didn't have any issues with the shower, but another group I came with did have problems with their shower. The pool was nice, but pretty cold. It's also a bit of a walk to the beach (approx. 20 minutes). The stores nearby were all closed too so so if you need immediate things like bottled water or sunscreen, you'll have to drive a ways out if you come during off season. The weather was very nice, so I couldn't understand why almost 75% of the city shuts down.

A wonderful time with a hotel full of great staff and in an amazing place . We booked because we wanted to play golf in Punta ala golf club ( breathtaking) and be near the beach ! They have a continuous minivan taking people up and down from 8,30 until 19 ! The beach was amazing with all sports ( at a small cost) ! A mini club for kids and quizzes etc after dinner ! The restaurant was having one or two problems so we only tried once but there was an amazing restaurant/pizzeria with a stunning view of the setting sun at 19,45 every evening and also great food at great prices ! We will come and visit both hotel, golf and local restaurant ! Rooms are modern, clean and lots of space ! Chiara as a part of the mini club was amazing with everyone and will have a Stella career with whatever she tries ! Thanks to all !

Staff delightful at this well organised hotel. The Golf Course was stunning and a challenge. The Beach Club was fun and the Spa treatments good. Punta Ala is delightful- we ate at the Marina, a few other Beach Clubs and enjoyed an evening at the Polo Club.

The Hotel Suite was very specious but unfortunately offered no privacy despite having a patio at the back. Mold smell is the first and last thing that you will brief once you step in or out of the suite, the last day improved, not sure if it got better or I got use to it. Housekeeping offers room for improvement, and we had spiders nets with spiders included next to the TV cabinet for the entire duration of the vacation, plus the patio is not well maintained. Those tiles floors in the suite give you a feeling of freshness, however they must be kept clean at all times. The bathroom linen were new and felted great, however there is no hook in the bathrooms to hang your bathrobes. Limited internet coverage, every time we asked, we were told that is due to the location, but Beach offered great coverage. Breakfast offers a large variety of sweets but to order an egg benedict, you have to order from the a la carte menu and pay extra?! Lots of trainees in the service and not really guided by the senior personal which results and shows in confusion. Lunch offered around the pool give you a healthy and fresh selection. However, dinner is not allowed and you must eat in the restaurant indoor. At the same time if you are not HB (half-board) there is no a la carte menu and you are offered with a selection which is a mix of dishes from the buffet or cooked a la minute, however prices are out of the ordinary for the offer. Be aware that there is no service around the pool which is a shame considering the heavy usage on in-house guests/families. The team dedicated to the kids activities goes out of their way to ensure the kids/children’s have a good time and consequentially the parents. The Beach is nice, very nice but those umbrellas are positioned way to close to each other considering the current situation. Plus, when you are assigned with an umbrella, it may lead in disappointment. On the first day and for the rest of the stay, they give us an umbrella near a large group from “abroad” and it didn’t start the vacation well. Overall the staff is courteous, genuine and friendly which helps with the journey. However, the property requires an upgrade and attention to opportunities and details.

Struttura pulita e ordinata, personale professionale e sempre disponibile. La stanza pulita e accogliente, colazione ricca e con una grande scelta di prodotti freschi, dolci super. La spiaggia è attrezzata e dispone di lettini e sedie a sdraio molto confortevoli e distanti tra loro, per una perfetta privacy. Il mare è pulitissimo. Siamo stati bene, i punti di forza di questa splendida struttura sono sicuramente le stanze e il personale. Il soggiorno ha superato le nostre aspettative, ci torneremo.

Sono stato in questo Hotel con la mia famiglia, ci siamo trovati molto bene buoni piatti belle e tranquille camere e una spiaggia ben equipaggiata con un mare adatto per i bimbi poco profondo e pulitissimo. Aperitivo al bar la sera consigliato. Grazie

Veniamo al Golf Hotel da 25 anni quindi possiamo dire che è’ per noi un posto del cuore. Ogni anno o quasi però mi piace dare una valutazione di come mi sono trovata. La posizione e’ sicuramente pazzesca e Punta Ala non delude mai. La spiaggia meravigliosa con un’accoglienza ancora più dedicata qs anno rispetto al solito e nuovi servizi . Molto bello anche la possibilità di fare i massaggi in spiaggia. Chef e personale ristorazione al top. abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo sia all’hotel che in spiaggia. (un saluto speciale al nostro Antonio e staff e complimenti veramente allo chef) Pulizia ottima, c’è però ancora una parte da ristrutturare e rinfrescare in alcune camere e in alcuni locali. Servizio navetta buonissimo. Animazione bimbi carini e gentili come sempre Punti deboli : i prezzi della Spa molto alti e del bar (una tisana tipo camomilla 10€!) Fitness un po’ altalenante (per una settimana non c’è stata nessuna attività) Animazione bimbi serale non era molto chiara . Come sempre speriamo di ritornare ❤️
