Não condiz com as outras Casa Andina que conheci no Peru; até a CASA ANDINA STANDARD MACHU PICCHU é melhor; principalmente em relação ao café da manhã. Não gostamos também do fato da gerente do hotel tomar café da manhã com os filhos/família no salão. No último dia em que ficamos no hotel, havia somente uma funcionária (tadinha, super querida) pra dar conta de tudo; um abuso...

The hotel offers comfort stay with a beautiful view on Titikaka lake, small, but nice green territory, big common terrace with tables and sunbeds. ROOMS: convenient room with a comfortable bed and small balcony. The room is equipped with a big safe, fridge with mini-bar, teapot (tea and coffee bags are provided), some snacks for extra payment are available as well. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. There is a heater in the room (good for cold season). LOCATION: direct access to Titikaka. 1h drive from Juliaca airport. FOOD: breakfast buffet 5:30-10am. Good variety of morning dishes: oatmeal, sausages, scrambled eggs, meat and cheeses, hot dishes (chicken and vegetables), fruits, juices. There is a restaurant on site (working till 10pm) with very tasty dishes and a lobby bar (2-10pm) with various liquors and different pisco sour options. FACILITIES: fast wi-fi, taxi service, vending machine. STAFF: professional, friendly, smiley and polite.

The birtday surprise the hotel staff arranged was memorable. They sang happy birthday, made two small cakes for us and gave a gift, which was amazing. However, there were a few misunderstandings with our rooms propably due to communication issues. Overall our stay was great.

Very good experience at hotel level , excellent service at the restaurant, with a special mention for waiter Abraham, very attentive and kind. The fruits at breakfast and yoghurt were delicious. We mentioned the lukewarm coffee, which was immediately replaced.+++

I wonder if the last hotel on any trip struggles to live up to the rest because of the end of holiday ennui? Maybe. That aside, this is a really nice hotel in which to stay. It’s out of the town, so quiet, but you will need to find transportation if you want to look around Puño itself. The car area is small and offers a limited menu and a good range of drink. Food is brought up from the restaurant below and might not be the swiftest service as a result. The restaurant itself was good though lacking in atmosphere. In the low season the hotel was clearly quite empty and I felt that the service here was somewhat perfunctory, especially at breakfast. There’s a private walkway across the reed beds to a pier. This was great for seeing bird life though, as with much of the lake, there’s a huge amount of rubbish floating in the reeds. Such a shame ( and no reflection on the hotel at all!) A good room (119) though the description of lake view terrace is a bit optimistic. I suggest rooms in the 200s would be a good choice.
