Very central to the main street. Good access to all amenities restaurants. Ana was present at check in and was so helpful in the morning of our arrival. As there was a room available and as we were with children allowed us to check in early which made a huge difference in acclimatise to altitude and overall having a relaxed day. Jomara was also very helpful with all our queries and with early checkout and breakfast. Lisandro was also particularly curtious. Finally the location was great as well.

A more accurate description would be “Below Standard”. The rooms are very basic. One morning the hot water was only warm, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, and there is a shower curtain. The room is tiny. The pillows are awful. Perhaps it is because it is low season with low occupancy, but the fire was never lit. The breakfast was very poor with stale bread, and 3 tiny cold pancakes and sloppy scrambled eggs.One morning we had to search for a knife and fork because there was no one there. The fridge near reception sells cold drinks - except they aren’t cold. The first night I was able to get ice, the second night I was told they don’t provide ice. The common areas were freezing so to walk from your room to breakfast you needed a jacket. The location was good - that’s about all it has going for it.

The bed for a couple was pretty big and comfortable, we had access to the tv in English and Spanish, the attention was amazing, the manager and Staff were kind and helped me any time, even when I asked about tours with guides or safe taxi to explore the city, also the Rates were fair for the service that they provided. Thanks guys :)

Nice place, close to the shops and other sites to visit. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. Staff were friendly and the house keeping was great. The free muna and coca tea really helped with the altitude. I would stay again if in Puno.

The rooms are nice and clean, we are here with a group so not sure of the price. The staff are great, the only draw back are the eggs at the breakfast buffet (which is included in the rate) need to be cooked more, lol they are pretty runny for scrambled. No hesitation in suggesting you stay here for a basic clean and comfortable stop over,

My family and I recently stayed at Casa Anina Premium in Puno. While we were there I celebrated my birthday. My husband asked the hotel staff to organize a surprise birthday cake but the team (Julio, Miriam and Oscar) went above and beyond! They surprised me with a delicious cake, a Peruvian gift, a banner, balloons and birthday song. The heart-centered Peruvian people and the service from the staff at the hotel have made my day!
