Excellent service food..legacy...having stayed at sister properties in cusco and lima..The design of rooms are similar. The material provided in rooms is of great quality.Erica and elegance.. The check in was not so smooth..infact..passport portability of details within their system should have been enabled long ago as they are all in peru. Breakfast buffet is a treat...awesome variety and mind boggling. A shout to Carmen for her hospitality and the nice egg omlette. Clean passages with flowers..music and lake outside..

During our honeymoon in Perù 🇵🇪 we spent 2 amazing days in Puno living the magic atmosphere of Titicaca Lake ❤️ José Antonio Hotel in Puno is a fantastic location first for the view it offers, than for its large rooms and for the services. Thanks to Erik, really professional and nice waiter 🙏🏼 Perù will definitely always be in our hearts ❤️

A comfortable hotel outside of Puno. The staff were very friendly, especially Renzo in the restaurant. He was the outstanding one out of all the waiters. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was powerful. Because the room is so big, it’s very cold, and we couldn’t get the heating to work. However, it was fine because we had a small heater to use. The main downside of this hotel is the restaurant. The food is very poor. We had two nights of bad meals for dinner. For example, using basmati rice and calling it a risotto, is not a risotto. It felt like everything was reheated. But to reiterate, the staff were great.

It is an impressive hotel that is located very close to Lake Titicaca. We had a wide view of it from our room. The hotel has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The food I good, too. We had steak of alpaca. Leonardo made us two excellent pisco sours! Thanks!

Great hotel with fantastic views of Puno and Lake Titicaca. Room was big, and the bed very comfortable. First night was an amazing electric storm and lightning kept striking the mast opposite the hotel - what it is there for I guess. Celine and Leonardo in the bar were great characters, especially when I pretended to Leonardo that the wine he had given me to taste was disgusting - we laughed. A bit of a trek into the tourist harbour, but on an organised tour it was fine. Food was good, service OK, and all round a great experience before heading back to Lima.
