Actually i booked this hotel because all other hotels were full. But after coming here i felt like i should stay here every time. Parking is good. Good is good. Staff is good. Rooms are spacious.

It was a good experience, mashej ghat is a spectacular place. This hotel is located in a lovely place if you want to enjoy the view of foggy mountains as well as lake. The only thing about this place is you will not get anything in the indoor game zone. All these games are in bad condition. So if you want to just chill in the hotel swimming pool is the only option you could do. And the rooms need a little renovation. My door wasn’t getting shut properly. Had to push it hard. The walls are moist. Bathroom was little broken. It only bothers because the amount we pay doesn’t justify all these. Their staff is very friendly and happy to help you.

Rooms are of good size & with a good view, but the hotel maintenance dept. has to really need to game up with bath fittings because the showers and taps just don't work with proper water flow. Fixtures of bathroom are age old & give you a feeling of Flintstones age 😉 While bathing or using the bathroom you'll feel as if you are bathing under a tap rather than a shower ..!

I recently visited the park Indore.|It has a beautiful interior. The best hotel in Indore. They have multi cuisine restaurant (epicenter). They have a roof top lounge bar (aqua) both are beautiful. The staff of the hotel is also very nice.... I would like to mention Shivani she is very nice

It is very rare to stay in a hotel which doesn’t belong to some of the famous chain but this property was an eye opener, good staff, huge lobby, spacious room and lavish breakfast was matching all of what you get in a 5* property. Only veg tag might limit their audience ( no. Of guests)

Hotel stay was good but staff was not cooperating for check in. I ask them to early check in at 8. 30 am in the morning. As they said rooms were not available but meanwhile i saw many guest were checked out but still they refused to provide rooms
