We have been here now for 2 months, and it has been such a gift to have this as our home base while we are here for medical purposes. The staff are so friendly and kind and it's been so enjoyable getting to know them. The location is great for our purposes. There are some beautiful places to visit around the area and it's lovely to go for walks from here. There are also so many trees. The pool area is a real bonus, to have some outside time under the large trees and watch all of the birds circling. The breakfasts are delicious and it's great to have our own kitchen for cooking as well. It feels like a cute little apartment, but with the bonus of lovely people around who you build a connection with and also a gym and pool area. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel staff is very courteous and make you feel at home. The room is very comfortable and worth the stay. I would like to recommend this hotel to all others as the staff hospitality is very amazing. I would like to specially acknowledge the efforts of Mr Ankit Gowarkar and Mr Madan Bansode who have gone out of way to make guest comfortable and memorable. Great team and delivery their best. Entire stay was good Mr swapnil help us in all ways to make our stay comfortable room is good we asked for a room upgrade even that was provided to us by Mr swapnil and his team Front office manager Mr Amol was helpful for making your stay comfortable nice place breakfast was good ... Stayed 2 nights Check in was quick but special request couldn't be adhered to Rooms are spacious but look a little dated. Mini bar was well stocked. The water pressure in the shower is low and hot water takes some time In room dining was slow. The food is good but unreasonably priced Tried going to the restaurant on the lobby level on Sunday for lunch but they didn't offer a la carte, only buffet. And no other restaurant was open before 7 pm. Unusual that there was no option to eat except in the room It's value for money but the finer things need to be taken care of Special thanks to Ravi at the concierge desk It can be a better experience if they can improve the service and add a little more warmth to customer service

We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!

I am currently staying at the Royal Orchard Inn for a week, with a booking that extends to a total of 33 nights. While the room and location are decent, my experience has been profoundly impacted by the unacceptable service I have encountered. The male manager on night duty is a significant source of frustration. His arrogant demeanor and unprofessional behavior have made my stay quite unpleasant. Rather than providing assistance to guests, he seems more interested in belittling and humiliating them. This approach not only reflects poorly on him but also on the establishment as a whole. During my interactions with him, I was taken aback by his dismissive attitude and lack of respect for guests’ concerns. In addition to his inappropriate behavior, I have also experienced serious issues with the cleaning service. I discovered a missing $100 note from my folder, which raises significant concerns about the vetting process for housekeeping staff. Such lapses in security and professionalism are alarming and unacceptable. When I attempted to address these issues with the night manager, I was met with complete indifference. He offered no resolution and seemed wholly uninterested in rectifying the situation. When I inquired about his qualifications in hotel management, his inability to provide a satisfactory answer only underscored his unpreparedness for this role. It is troubling to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a place that should prioritize guest satisfaction. I had higher expectations from the Royal Orchard Inn, especially given my positive experiences at other locations. It is disheartening that the behavior of a single staff member can overshadow the overall quality of the hotel. The management has not approached me to address these concerns or offer any form of apology, which only adds to my disappointment. While the hotel boasts a great location and pleasant views, the service, particularly from the night manager, has been exceedingly poor. I urge potential guests to carefully consider these factors before making a reservation, as my experience suggests that the current staff dynamics may detract from an otherwise promising stay.

Great experience, especially interacted with Ankosh from house keeping department really helpful and generous, answered all my queries regarding the hotel and stay enjoyed my stay at lemon tree, viman nagar. Clean rooms and comfortable stay, good view and good food,
