Amazing resort. Splendid views. Awesome location near Lonavala Lake. Breathtaking views and very scenic sunset. Courteous staff. Room is huge with a balcony to feel the cool breeze of Lonavala winter. They provide all the facilities, has a clean beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast buffet spread covered a blend of Marathi, North and South Indian delicacies. And please don’t miss out taking a massage at the spa. I would love to visit and stay again and also recommend anyone with family to choose if they have availability.

Rooms: Rooms were good. However few observations - floor wasn't completely mopped. We happened to use tissue on floor to wipe off something and the tissue was quiet dirty. Ac won't give complete cooling to the room in day time but at night it's fine as the temperature drops down. We had booked a room with indyoor pool which wasn't dat clean it had a layer of dirt. The pool should hv indoor heating accessibility. We had to call reception to change the temp of pool. The shower in bathroom had less water force. Nearby activities: They got common small pool Safety: Construction (addition of new rooms) is gng so inside of the property could be risky book room which is near resturant/ reception area Food and drinks: Good service could be bit fast. The staff is really friendly. Restaurant can be upgraded. Stayed at triose for 2 nights. This was my third time and not disappointed at all. Excellent in all respects. Location is very near to central lonavala and market and at the same time very serene and peaceful. All amenities are provided by the hotel. It is very clean. Rooms are big enough. The breakfast spread is very good. They have a hi-tea also included. Service is very fast and they attend to issues very quickly. Strongly recommended for stay.

Spacious rooms with required amenities. Breakfast (veg) was simple with adequate variety. Location is good with bus stop, railway station and market being nearby. All-in-all, nice place if you are not looking for any fancy stuff.

Staff is cordial especially sushant. Rooms are decent but i think the bathrooms are a perennial problem in all 4 star and below hotels. It stinks and are unhygienic. That's my experience in most of the hotels. The entire hotel industry should pay attention to the hygiene aspects of washrooms and the smell.

location and staff behaviour was good. The inhouse restaurant food was really great. Great place for all ages to enjoy. The water park concept is cherry on cake for this resort wherein the same is included in your executive suit package. No hidden charges

I had a fantastic stay, The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, and the overall experience was truly relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
