AR Suites Jewels Royale - Koregaon Park NX

The location is good , slightly off the main road so no traffic noise Our rooms were upgraded to suits by the hotel which was a nice gesture by them. Our room had a small kichen and balcony as well. Nice Airy rooms. The room key is a bit problematic. Dont know why but 3 times it became non functional . Please rectify this. Breakfast had limited choice but sufficient. Another complaint is about the slaty preparations of almost all the dish. Atleast 10 to 15 % salt etc what is needed Please take care of this . Rest fine… Reception boys and girls were helpful and Mr Vipul in particular… Recommended …

The stay was great. Suraj and all the other staff members were really supportive throughout. Breakfast was super tasty. The best part is kitchen is operative 24/7. I ordered chicken briyani at 2am and got the food within 20 mins Will surely book again.

Nice Hotel Neat n Clean.. Well decorated.. Well maintained.. Rooms are small but beautiful.. Comfortable bed.. Perfect studio Room with balcony Excellent Dining staffs..they are really good.. Other staffs are cooperative and smiley.. 😊😊👍🏻

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, budget friendly hotel with different types of room suite room is best for the couples as well as corporate guest, hotel offer tasty food, also have indoor swimming pool and gym.

It's a fantastic stay I had booked studio room but they upgraded a suite without any charges thanks to frontdesk team and food was fabulous cleaning was awesome and I had an amazing stay wort for money spent I strongly recommend for a better stay . And I felt like a king for two days during my stay thanks Meen and your appreciation upto the mark.

The hotel is in good location and connected very well the front desk staff were responsive and smooth check in and smooth check out every thing would be up to the mark housekeeping staff were also excellent, breakfast is up to the mark thank you so much ar suites

"This hotel has some of the worst service and staff I've encountered. When I called, I spoke with someone named Meen who claimed to be the manager. His manner of speaking was disrespectful and lacked professionalism. I question how he could be a manager with such behavior. If this is the kind of manager they have, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff is trained. He is not fit for the hospitality industry. I don't why this is a too much hype on the internet about this hotel. Avoid this hotel for a better experience elsewhere."

Excellent place to stay in Koregaon park area. Very hospitable staff and amazing food.
