Apt is in a 4-plex100' behind our home on 5 acres in a beautiful valley at the end of a tree-lined dead-end private rural road near LRAFB & Pine Valley Golf Course, secluded & quiet, yet close to the city. 560sf unit has a 185 sf BR with king bed, 50" smart TV, ceiling fan, & closet; 75sf full bath/laundry; 280sf LR/full kitchen w/ full-size appliances & service for 6, 65" smart TV, ceiling fan, queen hide-a-bed, love seat rocker/recliner w/ console; all wrapped in foam insulation for max sound barrier. If u like fishing, bring your gear to fish the pond 100' from the apt. There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use; also a fire pit near the pond with skewers available for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs, or whatever.
