非常滿意的酒店

Run away from this hotel. One of the worse hotel I have ever done in my life. If you want to sleep at night, which seems to me the basic function of an hotel, then run away from this place. It is located in the middle of the most noisy street of Pula and the isolation of the windows and walls is useless. Until midnight the whole city is bellow your window eating and playing music. And after midnight, when shops and restaurants are closed, you have every 5 minutes a group of drunk people shouting and waking you up. Add to that that the bed is for 1 person and half and not 2 and that for all that poor service you pay nearly 250€ per night and you get one of the worse hotel ever seen. Do not trust comments telling you “in the center of the city but calm”. This is far from being true. The minimum we would have appreciated would be a warn from the hotel in the description about the noise so to be able to choose correctly another place. Finally, the staff is incredibly bad. 3 examples: the only solution they had for the noise was to ask us if we had closed the window correctly… which of course had always been the case. The only restaurant they could advice was the one next to the hotel with which they have a deal. And finally we asked if it was possible to swim in Brijuni and they thought it was not possible which was wrong. This quality of service and of the rooms is not acceptable for such a price.

I spent 2 nights at the Villa and was very impressed. It was difficult to get to by car. The navigator did not help. Park on a side street and walk to hotel, they will help direct you to the parking area. The rooms are comfortable but be ready to walk some stairs. The location is very central and easy walk to most of the sites.

Eigen parkeergelegenheid om de hoek. Centric en stijlvol hotel aan voetgangersstraat. Lift naar de meeste kamers. Goede kamer met koffie en thee. Op het dakterras een grote luxe jacuzzi (badjas aanwezig) en relax stoelen (zon of schaduw). Ontbijt is een straatje verder op bij restaurant Bistro Alighieri (van Dante), vanaf 8 uur. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en op elke straathoek een ATM. Hoewel we de kamer goed afsloten stond deze wagenwijd open na een dag in de stad. bed was niet opgemaakt of handdoeken vervangen. De vorige dag was het badmadje niet vervangen of de prullenbak leeggemaakt . Ik moest zelf de koffers van de lift naar de tussen verdieping dragen. De koffie thee werd niet bijgevuld, maar kreeg we l supply uit de keuken. Kortom de service was slecht . We hadden nog nooit ergen meegemaakt ( in 40 jaar) dat de kamer wagenwijd openstond.

Ho prenotato su Booking una camera Superior King da 21 Mq ed invece mi sono ritrovato in un buco da 15 Mq. Nonostante le mie rimostranze, nessun cambio camera ne tantomeno delle scuse,, soltanto tanta arroganza e maleducazione da parte del responsabile. Colazione dalle 08.00 alle ore 10.00 in un bistro che di 4 stelle aveva solo la gentilezza di chi ci lavorava dentro, per il resto anche se buono il cibo non era da 4 stelle, soprattutto per la poca quantità. Check out alle 10.00, dopo la colazione non puoi neanche lavarti i denti, alle 10.15 ti chiamano in camera per buttarti fuori, staccandoti anche la corrente. Vergognosi e truffaldini. Stateci lontano è un postaccio, anche se ha dei bei arredi.

Waren für 3 Nächte im Brandestini. Die Location ist absolut top, selten so zentral gewohnt. Die Anreise war etwas schwierig - unbedingt den Parkplatz (schattig, keine 5‘ vom Hotel entfernt) mitbuchen - u im besten Fall vorab via Maps informieren. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein, aber bei dieser Lage verständlich. Zimmer sind sauber, modern u zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Achtung: Bett nur Queensize) Die Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist leider nicht gut, haben dies dann auch nur 1x genutzt.

Dopo essermi raccomandato più volte dell’arrivo di cari amici di Milano questi albergatori ,forse improvvisati, hanno pensato bene di non presentarsi alla reception al loro arrivo alle ore 18:30, lasciando che il sottoscritto dall’Italia facesse squillare per interminabili minuti il telefono dello stesso hotel per chiedere informazioni su ciò che stava succedendo. Dopo circa venti minuti di squilli hanno risposto al telefono dei clienti tedeschi presenti in albergo,dicendomi che non c’era nessuno a ricevere i clienti. Mi hanno gentilmente lasciato un altro recapito trovato tra le carte. Chiamato questo nuovo numero mi risponde una signora dicendomi che in albergo non c’era nessuno e avrebbe mandato qualcuno nei prossimi venti minuti. Nel frattempo i miei amici, trascorsa ormai una mezz’ora, hanno trovato alloggio in una struttura più seria. Esperienza da dimenticare.

Een leuk hotel met een leuke vibe. Het is gelegen in het midden van het centrum en dus overal dichtbij. Wij hadden een zeer rustige en koele kamer. Er is wel weinig plaats in de badkamer om je toiletzak neer te zetten. Het ontbijt vonden wij ook zeer beperkt. Wat fruitsap, water en melk. Wat brood, eitjes, fruit, potjes yoghurt en wat cornflakes. Geen hoogvlieger, gewoon de basics. Kwaliteit was ook middelmatig. De kleinschaligheid is zeker een mooie troef!
