Such a cute place to stay, and not far from nashville at all! Only stayed one night, but will definitely return.

I had a good trip and everything was clean and nice. I like the breakfast and the staff is great. Hotel is new

很乾凈，附近環境好。晚上開車去cheddar's餐館吃飯，很贊！我住的房間暖氣機嘈，其他完美。

체크인을 하러 들어갔는데 보증금을 위해 카드를 요구하더군요. 내 카드를 긁었고 어떤 이유로 그들은 카드를 환불한 다음 내가 예약했을 때 시스템을 통해 다시 실행했습니다. 그런 다음 바닥으로 올라가면 카펫에서 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 끔찍했습니다. 방은 깨끗했습니다. 그런데 체육관에 갈 때 우리 열쇠가 작동하지 않았고 직원도 들어갈 수 없다고 해서 실망스러웠습니다. 그런 다음 우리가 체크아웃하던 날 아침 8시 30분에 우리 4명 중 3명이 아직 자고 있는 동안 청소부 아줌마들이 노크도 없이 우리 방으로 걸어 들어왔습니다. 나는 꽤 개략적인 호텔에 묵었는데 이 호텔은 최악의 호텔 중 하나였습니다. 우리가 그곳에서 하고 있는 일에 비해 위치는 정말 훌륭했지만 그것에 대해 말할 수 있는 유일한 좋은 점은 그것뿐입니다. 다시는 추천하거나 머물지 않을 것입니다.

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Just a pretty "spartan" place to spend a night on the road. The breakfast was horrible!

This hotel is SPARTAN! WHile it is new and spotless... comfort is terrible. There is no comfortable chair to sit on. Just one computer desk chair. the floors are hard and uncarpeted. There's also, bunch of cutesy annoying stuff on the walls... e.g. elevator, Lobby, etc. it seems designed for teenyboppers rather than adult travelers.

This was a very nice, clean and friendly hotel experience. It’s very close to the Factory mall and downtown Franklin. We loved that area. We will Definitely be back.

Friendly staff, good design, very clean. Room a/c very noisy. Some recirc fan ran constantly (even when unit turned off), very annoying! Lobby comfort, amenities great for families, not good for someone who wants a quiet place to read or enjoy coffee.

Nice place. Nice people. We had a good stay. The room was a little small. Tough to find a place to open up a full sized suitcase and still walk around. Everything else was great.

Room nice probkems with heat not knowing how to adjust it ran out hot water in shower ortherwise nice clean breakfast very nice

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. I would stay here again rather than pay more, for a less-nice place closer to the action in Nashville. Easy distance from downtown Franklin.

phenomenal customer service and words I have missed "would you like your room service daily?" Absolutely! What used to be one of the joys about staying away from home is virtually nonexistent in the industry. Kudos to Tru for bringing it back. Planning on staying again in January

No microwave in room? Had a fridge but no microwave, interesting. Toilet seat was loose sliding to one side or the other when using. The stopper in the sink was stuck closed allowing water to build up in sink. The water did drain though it just was slow to do so. The air conditioner fan ran non-stop. I turned the thermostat to off but the fan kept running. There did not seem to be any fan control either. High or low the fam remained the same. There was a foreign hair on my pillow that I noticed before I went to bed. It wasn't my hair and it led me to believe that not all the pillowcases or sheets were fresh. Actually for the price of the room I could've stayed elsewhere cheaper and got a microwave and less maintenance issues.
