물랑 당트르 레 로쉬(Moulin d'Entre les Roches)

After a long hot day hiking on the beautiful Chemin Cathare, Ingo's welcome at the Moulin entre les Roches was attentive and considerate. We particularly enjoyed talking to him about the origns and results of his perfect B&B project. The room was extremely comfortable and full of consideration for the needs of his hosts. The evening meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Not to mention breakfast was the ideal start of the day for hikers. But most of all, the creative and peaceful atmosphere of the place along with the kindness and fun of its owner made this stop-over most memorable. Thank you Ingo. Andréa and Marc

We received a warm welcome after a cold and rainy day on the Cathar Way. The room was warm and comfortable, there was fruit and other snacks available and we were offered a welcome drink. The table d'hôte was very tastful and it was nice chatting to other guests. The breakfast in the morning was huge and we could make our own packed lunch for the days hike.

Absolutely outstanding! Ingo made us feel so welcome in this charming Chambre D’Hote which is just outside Puivert. We were treated to a much needed cold drink upon our arrival after a hot day’s cycling. Having been shown to our very comfortable and well equipped room we then feasted on Ingo’s superb cuisine. Breakfast once again was both delicious and generous. Ingo also gave us the opportunity to have our cycling clothes washed - what a fantastic service! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you and we’ll done Ingo!

We originally booked another place to stay but that was overbooked. After several calls we ended Up in le moulin And what a great place is this. The welcome is absolutely fantastic and so is the room, the great stories from the owner And not tot forget the amazing cooking skills!

Un gîte à l’extérieur du village mais incroyable lieu où l accueil de Ingo nous a enthousiasmé. Un ancien moulin au bord d une petite rivière rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le dîner à été somptueux. Une adresse à découvrir pour son exotisme

Merci pour tout cher Ingo : ton accueil chaleureux, tes judicieux conseils, tes adorables compagnons, tes excellents petits plats, tes savoureuses confitures, tes magnifiques chambres et leurs luxueuses literies, ton merveilleux moulin superbement restauré et tes attentions de tous les instants. Tu es un hôte exceptionnel.

Merci beaucoup Ingo pour l accueil que tu nous as réservé,merci pour la visite surprise des entres souterrains de l ancien moulin,merci pour l amour que tu as pour nos animaux canidés....les éloges seraient encore longues tant ce petit écrin perdu au bord de l eau est tout simplement une merveille !

Superbe endroit : insolite et magique ! La chambre était tout simplement magnifique à la fois épurée et très chic . La literie parfaite ! Quant à notre hôte, il a été très accueillant et plein d’humour ! On s’est régalé et le lieu, un vieux moulin retapé très classe tout en gardant les matériaux nobles et beaux, vaut le détour !

Accueil toujours aussi sympa, chez Ingo, on s'y sent vraiment bien ! Chambres confortables, la notre donnait sur la rivière, un havre de douce fraicheur. Petit déjeuner excellent avec essentiellement des produits locaux. Trés bon repas. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
