부에나벤투라 그랜드 호텔 앤드 그레이트 모먼트 -(Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments - All Inclusive)

LOcation was great, loved walking into PV food was great drinks were great could have added more entertainment / animation

This was my third time staying here. Love the location, close to Malecon. Great size hotel. Staff are superb. Hard working and very friendly, accommodating. The food was delicious at the buffet restaurant and the reservation restaurant. Bar staff and waiters that bring drinks on the beach were awesome! Edgar, Oscar, Gabriel, and Alan ( at the restaurant) were so great and provided excellent service! Saw whales and dolphins from the beach at the hotel! My only dislike was all the French people from Quebec who were rude, loud, obnoxious, demanding and think they are entitled! Such a disgrace to the Canadian reputation ! I hope karma will prevail to those rude people!

The staff were amazing and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we couldn't take food with us from the buffet to our room. We had to order room service which cost 150 pesos. This should have been included considering this is an " all inclusive" hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. Wonderful staff, great service at the pool. Food was decent. The great thing is that this hotel is walking distance from the Malecon, local shops and restaurants. Unfortunately we had to evacuate the building one night due to a kitchen fire. We all got out safe and was let back in that same night. I just wished they had a better fire evacuation procedure because we did not hear any alarms nor a phone call.

Second year at this property great experience both times. This time our flight was delayed by about 5 hours. We spoke with Tania at the front desk and she made sure that we could stay at the property use the amenities (pool, restaurants, drinks) while we waited for our new flight details to be confirmed. Typically there is a 150 peso charge per hour per person however she waived the fee. Great experience and great customer service the entire week.

Resort is a bit small so could not stay here much longer then 3 or 4 days for lack of food choices and things to do. Wasn’t much entertainment and you stay at an all inclusive so you don’t have to leave the resort but we felt we had to leave every single day.

I was very disappointed with the food buffet. It was the same just about every day and with no variety. I will not go back if this doesn’t change for next year. Everything else was great and very clean.

Great location. Good food and drinks. Kid friendly. Red flag tides. Lots of old people and small ideas. Eggs on horseback were not served on real horse meat, which was mildly disappointing. Loses 1 star because of strict staff adherence to dumb rules. If you load up a buffet plate to-go, make sure to walk out the back patio door instead of the front restaurant entrance, or the host will stop you from leaving with food. Watch out for meth dolphins
